I was met at the desk shortly after 2p by a gentleman who was neither friendly nor accommodative. On the other hand, his successors at the desk were hospitable, and the rooms were well prepared and cleaned.

We needed a last-minute reservation after another hotel we'd booked had to close due to fire. This hotel is right near a Tesla super charger, which was super convenient for us. The interior seemed decently clean, but maybe a bit dated. Our room felt spacious and we did not have any issues. The free continental breakfast did not have a ton of options, but was sufficient for us, and there was a friendly employee checking in on guests at the breakfast area. We were only there one night, but overall had a good experience. Im not sure if theres much shopping/food around the area, but it is a super convenient location for anyone that needs the Tesla super chargers.

The hotel told us our 16 yo son counted as an adult and charged an additional $25 per night for him beyond what was in our reservation, even though in the reservation we had put him down as one of the people staying at the hotel. I showed the front desk our hotels.com reservation and he said he couldn't honor it because it was a 3rd party reservation.

On Expedia website, it is clearly stated that children under 12 stays free. Your reservation with hotels.com was for originally for 1 adult and 2 child, both children were over 12 years age, Charged 25 for the one for 16 years and other was included in price. Dear David, We deeply are apologizing the inconvenient caused to you for 15 min wait to check out however we gave 2 signs at front in simple English to assist the guests-if you need help please dial 0 for the assistance and if you want to check out just drop the key in the basket as you already got your receipt from expedia., Due to short of staff the front desk agent are wearing many hats from helping guest, answering the phone, taking reservations, assisting in breakfast or helping in laundry to anything and everything you can think of , of course our intention was to not to ignore you or any guest, therefore we have signs out there for your convenance, it took more than 5 mins. attend you.You could have just dialed 0 from where you were waiting and we could have assisted you promptly. Hotel was full on the weekend , for the issue of to noisy neighbors or bad cable connection (No other complaint about it) it all comes to one remedy, it takes only a minute to dial 0 from your comfort of room to report any problems as we could have happy to assist you as we always carry the hotel phone. In future please don't hesitate to call front desk any assistance you may need or to report any issue or problem so we can try to resolve any issue or problem in your presence to make the things right to your stay better as your satisfaction is very important to us. Reporting after check out does not do any good to you but it will you complaining and unhappy..

We checked the hair dryer every day and it is working very well, if you would have let us know we could have replace or show you how it works. We are politely requesting, if you have muddy boots or shoes please scrape the mud outside . in order to keep entrance welcoming for other guests - How you feel if you have to walk to your room from muddy entry ways? So far all who has to deal with mud , they have been very cooperative ,understanding and accommodative as I never had complain form them so far. It is called common courtesy to others.

I booked on Travelocity for $418.92 for two nights. When we checked out they said all is good, room is paid for and then I had a surprise $150 debit card charge when I got home. There was no damage, no smoking, no pets in our room. Still waiting on call from a manager.

We explain and show the notice posted at front desk to each and every guests who are using debit and credit how it works. In order to provide you nice, comfy clean and damage free room with best possible rate we must have refundable deposit - if we do not find any damage to furniture and linen as everything is very expensive . We will release that deposit upon your check out. If you use debit/credit card its up to your bank how soon they will put that back on your card. we always suggest to pay Incidental with cash as front desk will check your room in your presence and if nothing is damage you get your cash back at your check out time. Thank you again for the review, It will be helpful to many review readers to understanding how Incidentals deposit works at the Hotel.
