Nice hotel close to hiway

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Walked In earlier than the normal 3pm check in time, front desk staff stated the room I had booked (king size bed) was not ready. If I needed a room right away they had a handicap room available with 2 queens beds, I took it bcuz I was tired and wanted to rest. Room was clean and nice.

Interesting room layout.

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: Simple but functional.
Cons: Replace carpet and wallpaper, check the heating system.
Pros: Liked the room layout, comfortable bed and pillows, nice tv with on screen guide, liked the Bliss products, gym was small but useful. Cons: Room heater was VERY noisy, had to turn up temp to 78 to get warm air to come out or else it felt like air conditioning, was hard to sleep with heater on all night but had to do it because just setting the temp wouldn't do it. The walls were all marked up like something had scratched them, both in the room and in the hall. There were a lot of stains on the rug.

Stayed here on New Years Eve and totally enjoyed it! Wonderful hotel. Totally dig the d├ęcor! Rooms were cute and comfy. Loved the bed and the mirrors in the bathroom. Especially the full length mirror door. One thing that was missing was a radio and a music channel on tv.

Hi Sharon! Happy New Year! We glad your Aloft experience was over the top with sass. I'm glad that you liked the layout and design of our lofts and I agree with that having a full length mirror in a hotel room is a big plus. There may not be a music channel on the TV, but you can plug your smartphone or iPod in the plug-n-play on the desk to access your iTunes through the TV! We've got all the hook ups, now you're going to have to come back to try it out!

An okay place but not accommodating!

Posted Dec 29, 2014
The staff wasn't friendly or helpful. There's no hair dryer in room. When we asked for one, they said somebody would bring one up. It never came forcing us to go out with wet heads in winter. We stay at many hotels and they all have dryers! This was pathetic!

I am very sorry that your loft was missing a hair dryer and I am even more sorry that our talent agents did not deliver on our promise of quick and efficient service. This is not typical of our level of guest service and I do hope that you will stay with us again so that you can truly have an a-list experience with us at Aloft Mount Laurel .

Cons: The bedding, late night noise
Easy location, modern contemporary design, late night noise from neighboring resteraunt/bar, lumpy bedding covers, soft mattress, attractive room

Easy breezy with an energetic vibe, now that's Aloft! Thank you for the tip about the noise from Miller's Ale House as well as your plush platform bed experience. I'm glad that you enjoyed our modern design and we understand that these small details are important to our guests. Thank you so much for sharing your experience !

Nice hotel for a weekend getaway

Loved the hotel and the restaurant next door. Felt like I was on a mini vacation yet close to home and no airline travel. Would definitely go back!

Not enough room to list everything. A couple of things I will mention is the staff was not friendly, when taking a shower the water leaked on the floor, hotel room set up was so different that it ended up just being weird. There was a mixed up with my room and I don't even feel like explaining here, but lets just say the staff lied.

Second stay a Aloft

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: I love the room layouts. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I like the design but mostly appreciate the little touches.
Cons: There was very loud music playing in the lobby. It was too loud but gratefully, the music could not be heard in our room.
Location: If you don't want to pay the high price for hotel room in Philadelphia nor the parking fees, Aloft is a great location. Easy access to Philly.
This was my second stay at Aloft in Mt. Laurel. I am originally from this area and needed a place to stay to visit a sick relative and based on my first stay, it was a no brainer. While we didn't spend much time in the room, it was great for a good night sleep as the rooms are so private and comfortable.
