“Great Place Not Fun To Find”

The check in process was great and the guy was very kind and helping. The place was kind of hard to find but there is a trick to it. The room was very clean and filled with towels and everything. Great place to be and deffinitely will be back.

“pleasing visit”

I was very comfortable with this hotel. Room was very neat and had enough ammities to make stay pleasing. But found the access to the hotel was something of a difficult. The highway around the place was like a round-about. Was not easy to get to from the major highway.

Hard to find, but if you call you'll get good directions. Navigation devices will get you close enough but not quite.

“Would Love to Go Back!!!!”

Cute and cozy and very relaxing. The staff was very nice and accomadating. My husband had to leave for two weeks and I was very comfortable by myself here. I was here for a month and never was uncomfortable. I just loved it!!! The place made a hard day very relaxed at the end of the day.

“VERY COMFORTABLE”

This is a very cute little studio. Mya husband and I are very happy here. Everyone is very friendly. Our son is in the hospital in critcal condition, in downtown Philly. When get back at nite to relax after the day there it is very peacful and quiet. We want to come back during better circumstances.

“FEELS LIKE HOME !!!”

This place has such a comfortable down home "feeling"! The staff and the guest are just as friendly as they can be. Our son was in University of Penn Hospital, in critical condition so I was there for approximately 5 weeks and my husband was there with me for only 2 of those. I felt very safe there by myself. this is a place if you are a female traveling alone, you would be perfectly safe. When we return to visit our son and his wife who live in Philly, we will stay at Crosslands again. So Thank- You Crosslands for making our stay so nice and a place we could find some comfort in after leaving the hospital each day.

The hotel is very clean, kiitchens, pot and pans, and dishes are very clean also. They accomodate there guests very well and make you feel at home. The price is very affordable and there service is worth the trip...And for my family is more important because they are pet friendly, and we travel most of the time with our pets(dogs)...I would reccommend it at 100%

“good once I got there”

This is a "long stay" hotel with minimal kitchen on the side of the room. Well planned, clean & comfortable room. My big problem was finding the place, which is in a New Jersey suburb of Philadelphia. It's on a commercial strip, set behind other things, on a stretch of road with many confusing on/off exits to follow. Bad directions given by hotel staff both coming and going delayed me by almost two hours, and it's way beyond MapQuest's capabilities. They should keep printed clear directions, including the fact that it's set behind the actual road, by every telephone their staff answers.

“Very satisfied”

I stayed there three days and had nothing at all to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the area. I would definitely stay there anytime I'm in the area.
