Crossland Philadelphia - Maple Shade

Room key didnt work.was told that we had to play wirh handle to get in.took almost ten mins and three trips dowmn to office ro get in.heater barely worked.they claimmed they had extra pillows and toiletries,which they didnt.room was verry small

We were looking for a cheap hotel that wasn't overly sketchy and got just what we wanted. it certainly isn't what one would consider a "nice" hotel but certainly fit the bill of our getaway.

The hotel is little off the main st and little hard to find. Semlly rooms, not enough towels. Very low budget hotel. I would not stay there again.

The repairs made in the room was visible and not finished.The property room maintenance declined from my previous experiences.

Need vending machines

hotel was VERY hard to find if you're new to Jersey! hotel had people living their fulltime - made it uncomfortable for travelers. carpet was badly stained - wore my shoes the entire time.

No ice machine; bed continuously slipped off box springs. Elevator buttons needed repair(2nd floor down button in-operable 1st floor up button was out 1 day

Address from website didn't work on GPS. Please change to Schoolhouse address that worked. I booked a non-smoking room and none was available when I arrived even though I had pre-paid through hotels.com. A bad experience.. never again.

This place is more of a rundown Motel. I should of stayed at the Motel 6 (which I like). GPS took me to the middle of the highway with nothing around. I could see the hotel but took 45 minutes to actually get to it. The room- Both beds had holes on the blankets. (looked like burn holes and didnt seem like a smoking room) It did have a very nice and clean bathroom. I thought they had wifi so I tried to call the office to get the security key and the phone didint work.Never again This place should not be a 2 star.

Ok for what we needed, a place to stay overnight inbetween days at a Softball Tournament. Saturday to Sunday. Price was right for what we got.
