Gorgeous Hotel

I got a great deal on this hotel using the expedia site where you only see the star ratings and not the hotel name and get a reduced rate. I felt like I got the deal of the century with this hotel - it was absolutely beautiful!!

Not worth the money

Was supposed to get a king bed and only recieved two doubles

The front desk had a hard time finding a bell-man's carts to move my luggage. We were told to wait until the carts got to the lobby. The person didn't know where the carts were. After a long wait and repeated requests the front desk personnel went to the room next to the restaurant and got us a cart. This was one bad experience. The rest of the crew were proactive in following up with requests.

Very Good Experience

Pros: This was my second stay at this hotel. It was clean the staff was very professional and the elevator was quick! Best of all I had a beautiful room.
I booked my room through Expedia and it was flawless. I arrived and got checked in quickly. There was plenty of parking space.

recent hotel stay.

Pros: We are familiar with the location and club rewards members get the fridge and microwave with the room.
Cons: Tubs should have hand rails
Location: There are several eatting places within 15 minutes. and a mall.
Our room had been recently renovated. The tub was in poor condition and was void of any hand rails to farther assist my 72 soon to be 73 year old mother entry and exit of the tub she therefore had to stand and and shower. There was empty food containers left in the drawer. and the window seal was unraveling around the window. But our convention has chosen the same site for the last past 5 years. And the price has gradually gone up.And one last thing the number of luggage carts availible are not compatible to the number of rooms.

Nice hotel; great staff. Needs updating.

Pros: Convenience.
Cons: See experience above.
Location: Philly is just across the river and the Cherry Hill Mall is nearby for shoppers.
Shower proved to be difficult. Should have anticipated that when there was a sign on the vanity about how to operate the shower. Even following directions, it was tough to work. Once we got it going, it was hard to stop. Amenities are provided, but in containers that are only half full. When we asked about that, they sent up more, new amenities that were also half full. Mis-guided economy there, if that is their intent.

Went for the night and it exceeded expectations! Room was clean and well kept as was the bathroom. Check-in was quick and easy and the people were great. Would def stay there again for another event.

price issue

We went for a wedding the groom had a block of romms for in the same hotel for $89 but I paid $180 a night. I wasn't to happy after that
