Good place to relax.

Pros: Room cleanness and friendly staff.
Location: Place is away from downtown Phyli or major night life places.
I enjoyed the view and fresh air, large Ballrooms for meetings or family events.

Very nice view. The sink is not in the bathroom, is outside. The hotel looks old, but the room is comfortable. No fridge in the room, but can be requested.

Decent hotel; not much around

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The shower is very hard to turn on and off.
Location: Not much within walking distance. Had to take a cab everywhere; very expensive and time consuming. Next time I would rent a car and drive myself.
The walls were thin enough that I could hear my neighbors talking. The comfort level of the bed was only so-so. The room was warm at night even though I kept turning down the temperature. Otherwise the place was clean and the room I stayed in was large.

Pros: Everything
Cons: It was difficult to make a long-distance phone call from my room on my credit card. I would have had to go downstairs to the front desk.
Everything I expected was experienced: staff, cleanliness, food, etc.

Only Hotel In Town

Pros: It's location close to Collingwood, NJ.
Cons: The upholstered furniture throughout the lobby was is dark and "tired" looking giving the impression that it is not clean.

My main criticism of the hotel was my room which contained upholstered furniture which was drab and spotted with strange red marks. The bathroom tub contained a insect of some kind. Basically, I didn't feel I was staying in a clean room

UGH! Stay AWAY - not Crown Plaza Standard!

Pros: The lobby is beautiful.
Cons: Standards. There is an apparent lack of standards or management. The repair jobs in rooms were horrible, messy patch jobs, plaster falling, stains.
Location: Lots of restaurants on that street. Nothing to write home about though. The same service standards were at the car rental agency... no one cares.
Filthy room, broken mirror on wardrobe door, shoddy patch jobs to tub, walls, ceiling with dirty marks and peeling paint. Housekeeping left me with an empty tissue box and a broken deadlock on the door. I arrived late and was already undressed when I realized deadbolt was broke - so NO I did not want 'engineering' to come take a look at my lock as offered by the operator. Pillows were the WORST microfiber filled lumps. I could not get comfortable and didn't sleep much at all. Thankfully it was only for one night or I would have up and left upon check in. When I got to the local company I was training and they asked where I stayed; they all shuddered. Apparently this hotel has this reputation. NO standards whatsoever.

Short business trip

I've stayed at this property many tmes over the past 3 years. They recently upgraded the sleeping rooms. All real nice. Plenty of outlets including USB ports at desk. Overall an older propperty, but as this brand goes I'd rate it a 5 at best just because of it's age and the lack of basics that you get at other hotels like a place to buy water, snacks, etc. They have vending machines at that doesn't fit well with most other Crown's. Overall, great place to stay for the rate.

Nice hotel worth the $$

Pros: Clean, quite, access to major roads.
Cons: Was there in the middle of a snow storm and the heating could have been just a little better.
Location: Near to hwy, shopping, bridges to Phila.
The hotel was nice and comfortable, quite, and clean. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Disappointing

This hotel needs a makeover. It just feels "old". The local area is run down, with numerous empty parking lots where businesses used to be. We ate in "Embers", the hotel's restaurant. We were one of two parties there, certainly not a heavy lift for the sole waiter. Somehow he forgot two of our entrees and our drink requests. It took him forever to bring our check to us. I have no idea why the service should have been so bad. As for the room, the heater came on and went off with a thud. It was overly loud when it ran, to the point where we had to continually adjust the volume on the tv up and down in rhythm with its operation. We'll stay someplace else next time, thank you.

Favorite Hotel in Cherry Hill

Pros: Especially liked the breakfast buffet. A wonderful selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, potatoes, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, breads etc
Cons: Unfortunately, both front desk and restaurant could use more staff. Not always available when you need someone. But the wait isn't too long.
Location: Sorry, not a pleasure trip.
This was our third stay at Crowne Plaza Cherry Hill. We find the staff to be pleasant, helpful and very friendly. This visit was for us to spend time with my 91 yr old Mother who recently suffered a stroke and is in a nearby rehab facility. Consequently, we were in our room only to shower & sleep between 7hr visits with Mom. The restaurant was open til 10PM which was perfect for us, after all day at the rehab center.
