We were very satisfied with the services we received. We got lost in our travels, and had some trouble getting there. The staff was very helpful in providing us with directions. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, and we had a comfortable nights rest. We found the staff very pleasant and friendly throughout the hotel.

“Great Place to stay for concert at Susquehanna Bank Center (Teeter Center)”

We originally had reservations for a different hotel and last minute (while in the parking lot) decided to switch to the Crowne Plaza. We are SO happy we made that switch. We were in town for a Jimmy Buffett concert. The location was very convenient (about a 5 minute drive to the venue). The hotel staff was friendly. We arrived the night before the show and had ordered food from the restaurant. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean, athough it looked like there were pictures on the walls that were removed. (from previous reviews, they might be doing upgrades to the decor). The toilet would run, so had to giggle handle to get it to stop. The bed was comfortable and since there was 3 of us, 1 on a business trip at the same time, there were a lot of open outlets to plug in 3 phone chargers, 2 laptops, and all within the bedroom area. We loved that the sink was outside of the shower/toilet which made it easier for all of us to shower, brush teeth, etc to get ready for a day long tailgate! We would stay here again and again if we were in the area. (Also, parking being FREE, and there was plenty, was perfect since a lot of places in the area charge $25+ a day. (thats the reason we switched!)

I find it consistently clean, fairly well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful without being oppressive. Maybe the bar could stay open a little later.

Each time I have stayed in the Hilton at Cherry Hill, I have gotten great service, and have had super accommodations. I love to walk into a clean room, that is inviting, and relaxing, and the Hilton provides that for me. I am sure that each time I need to stay in the Philadelphia area, I will stay at the Hilton.
