Pros: Staff, price, location. The complementary coffee is surprisingly good.
This place is great if you need a place to stay for a longer time period without a lot of additional services. The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. It is not the place for you if you're looking for a lot of amenities, but then again what you give up in amenities you get back in a very reasonable price. I found the complementary in-room wireless to be reliable and reasonably fast.

After my checkout, I found I had left behind medications, I called late at night & seemed to have contacted housekeeping. Surprise,,, another pleasant, helpful experience,,, thank you, Denise! If I find them, they'll be at the front desk in the morning, call first thing, & I did. Yes Mr. Carey, we have your medications, I'll be there about 11:30! I there 1:30 & as I walked up the ramp & barely got to the desk I hear a voice from the office, ,,,, Hello Mr. C!!!!! *****

Pros: Loved the room and kitchen
I love this hotel it's one of my favorite hotels however I was annoyed when we got there. I booked the room through expedia and specifically asked for smoking . Once we got there the hotel receptionist gave us a key to a room that had already been taken. We then walked all the way back down stairs to find out she had accidentally given our room away to someone else. She then told us they only had non smoking left, so I was annoyed to have to stand out in the rain to smoke.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Had a couple of key issues, but that was all. Tucked away so it wasn't too noisy. Staff was nice, room was clean and didn't reek too bad for a smoking room.

Pros: The location was close to main streets and highways.
Cons: I suggest that the extended stay nature of this hotel be advertised more prominently. It is more like an apartment complex.
Location: Business adjacent area and there is nothing nearby that is much of an attraction or convenience.
It was not a good sign when walking into the lobby and having it smell like cat urine. The experience continued downward from there unfortunately. The elevator had a potato chips empty bag in the elevator (which was there the following morning as well). The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The hallway smelled like grease from someone/others cooking at some point during the day. I have stayed in one other Extended Stay and had thought maybe that stay was a one-off bad experience, but perhaps this chain has common issues.
