Hampton Inn Cherry Hill - Voorhees

Our first room had no heat. We were moved immediately. Service was friendly. Location was ideal for our destination. As always, the Hampton Inn breakfasts are excellent-spotless eating area and good, hot food.

Everything was great, the only thing was the alarm clock in room was broken, but they gave us a wake up call.

Clean room, excellent welcoming service, free coffee (choice of 4) in lobby, great breakfast (applewood smoked bacon - yesss). Location of hotel isn't fantastic - its about $60 cab ride from Philly airport, I only stayed there as it was walking distance to the Flyers Skate Zone Ice Hockey building, which hosted the WSU/CZW wrestling event I was attending. There is a pizza place next door, and an olive garden across the road.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas are very nice; however, our room seemed quite worn and in need of upgrades considering the price. The mattress was very broken down---my husband and I had sunk into the center of the bed by morning! Some of the bathroom fixtures looked old and in need of replacement. The mirror on the closet door looked like it was about to fall off. Overall, it was not an unpleasant stay but for future trips to the area, I would likely look for a room elsewhere.

I booked a Non-Smoking room, but when we checked in we were told that the only available room was Smoking and that there were no other rooms available. We took the room anyway as we are exhausted but as you can imagine - we are non-smokers so the stench bothered us all evening: Room Standard Includes: Free High-Speed Internet Breakfast Buffet Confirmation # confirmation reference number: 85144588 2 adults , 1 child Two Double Beds, non-smoking room

We were greeted upon our arrival very pleasantly and were assisted right away. Shortly after getting to our room we were called and asked if everything was okay, I have never had a hotel do this. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

In planning our weekend, we were in need of a hotel stay during the Family Reunion and a place to lay our heads prior to hiting the Jersey shore. From the front desk person to the cleaning crew, the hotel staff was courteous, helpful and most importantly...happy! The room, the pool, and the complimentary breakfast was very comforting!
