I specifically looked a 2 QUEEN sized room. The QUEEN bed is small for 2 adults. Backache!!

Cons: Cleanliness and empathy or at least some compensation more than a bag of chips
Checked in to find out that I was at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mt. Laurel, not Mt. Holly. Understanding it was my mistake, I requested consideration to transfer my reservation and/or provide me with a refund. It was an hr after the policy requirement to grant a refund. The reason for my refund was to be at the location I had scheduled business. The front desk stated I needed to speak with a manager and when asked they said no one was available. When I checked into my room clearly it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was a pair of men's underwear wrapped in tissue located int he closet. The front desk came to remove them and provided a bag of chips, snaffle and peanut M&M's for my trouble.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: All good.
Location: We were in town for a funeral so we did not explore too much. We saw plenty of Malls and restaurants. There is a Flemings Steakhouse nearby.
The hotel is totally accommodating and guest friendly. The facility is well maintained and the staff is well trained. Breakfast is wonderful.

i had such a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff, rooms are very clean and the price is reasonable. My hotel of choice in mount Lauren. I will definately come back.

Wir buchten das Hotel für unseren Trip nach Philadelphia. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem PKW leicht zu erreichen. Außerdem liegt es auch günstig für einen Tagesausflug nach Atlantik City. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Frühstück wird zugerichtet, zusätzlich zum üblichen Buffet, was außergewöhnlich ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Das Personal, insbesondere beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen.

Baseball Weekend

Pros: Staff, clean, breakfast
Location: Sadly we just played baseball so didn't get to do much else
We were playing baseball and needed a place to refuel. Our stay was more than a refueling, it was very enjoyable. Staff very helpful and polite! We checked in and the boys had to rush to get into the hot tub but the staff was very helpful getting them there right away. Beds very nice! Breakfast the next morning was a real breakfast and again staff very helpful. The front desk clerk that checked us in the night before was there in the morning and wished us luck for our next games! Will be staying there again.
