Hotel was great. Room service was ok, but they covered all the food in plastic wrap which created condensation on the food and made it soggy. Other than that the room was great, nice area for food and shopping.

Nice & clean but noisy!

You could hear everything from inside the room. A mixture of thin walls and rude guests! Someone was outside beeping the car horn late at night with giggling & loud talking. The actual hotel & staff however we're lovely.

very close to philly

The staff made sure I had a comfortable stay (Friday to Monday). Quiet hotel with access to a lot.

More amenities than we could use

Location: It's close to Philly. Figure it out from there. :-)
There was just no time to check out the pool(s), or the washer/dryer. But the room was comfortable and the beds soft and warm. The people were kind and patient. The hotel restaurant served up decent food. What more is there to life?

Pros: It is close to my client that I visit frequently.
Cons: New bedding. Encourage your staff to be more pleasant.
Hotel staff seemed annoyed. Hotel and room is very outdated. Bed skirt was torn in several places. Comforter and blankets were discolored from too much use.

Decent hotel and great price.

BBQ restaurant adjoins hotel. Food was only passable. I would advise going elsewhere. I had reserved a room with a king bed and they gave me a room with two smaller double beds. The lady at the desk said that's all they had for singles. I guess if you are single you shouldn't count on them to follow-thru with your reservation. She also made comments about me booking online. As if it wasn't a good thing for them and since I booked online I was not entitled to a receipt. Otherwise the room was decent and the price was great for that area.

I was booked for another hotel that after booking, decided to close for renovations during the time of my scheduled stay. Expedia booked me at this Holiday Inn, a better hotel for the same cost. The hotel front desk called me an hour after my arrival and asked if I needed anything. They brought me what I requested right away. The room was nice and it was clean. It also had both an indoor and outdoor pool. Two thumbs up on this one.
