The hotel staff was very nice. I asked for extra pillow and blanket, and they fulfilled my request within 5 minutes. The only thing I would say is the kitchen faucet need replacement. I used the faucet and it was leaking. Overall experience was wonderful.

Nice locationPosted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: Fitness room and breakfast.
Cons: Updating the room furniture. There were knobs missing on drawers. Sofa was a little uncomfortable.
Location: Easy access to Atlantic City and Philadelphia, various malls.
Homewood Suites Mt Laurel was in a convenient location for our trip. We traveled to Philadelphia and throughout the Jersey area. Being close to I-295 and various highways in the area cut down on travel time. Most of the staff was friendly, especially Sharon, the room cleaner. The breakfast, and dinner was good. The fitness area was great. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Very Good Hotel, minor irritationsPosted Oct 15, 2014
Our overall stay was excellent - the staff was cordial and helpful, the facility was clean, well maintained and comfortable, and Hotel food was very good. The Mon-Thurs provided (free!) dinners were a great addition and very much appreciated. We had no clean towels upon returning late one night; went to the lobby desk, and the lady there took my room number and said they would be delivered; they were not after 30 minutes. We then called the desk, and they said that I should have picked them up (?) and didn't know our room number; they then were delivered in about 5 minutes. On our last night, we could not key (card) in to an outside stairway entry as we had every night, our cards were not accepted. Had to walk around to the entrance, and the desk attendant had to re-key the cards to get them to work again - two separate rooms, all four cards. The staff was friendly, especially the kitchen staff, and very helpful, and the facility as a whole was excellent. We enjoyed our stay despite the minor irritations a s mentioned.

Great StayPosted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Free breakfast, very nice staff, as close to staying at home as possible.
Cons: Our ceiling fan was broken. Bathroom had a bit of mold in shower. Room smelled sour from the vents. The comforter is in 2 pieces. Tangled up!
Location: Lots of shopping malls and restaurants near by. Check with the restaurants as to whether they serve alcohol. Some require you to byob if you want it.
Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. A little tiny bit off the beaten path, so pay attention to the sign that leads you to the hotel. We only saw one very small one at the intersection of the mall. You can't see it from the highway as the gps would lead you to believe. We love Homewood with the free breakfast and separate bedrooms with a door for privacy and quiet. If someone you are staying with snores, this is the room for you! :) The interstate traffic is VERY noisy as one side of the hotel backs up to it, so request a side of the hotel that doesn't if it bothers you. Once the fan in our room was on, we didn't really notice it.

Very hard to find.Posted Aug 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had considerable difficulty finding the hotel, even after asking directions from locals twice. It is on the edge of 295, behind a major shopping mall, with very small signs pointing it out. The hotel itself was excellent. Enjoyed our stay very much. Much better than staying on the PA side of the river.

My stay at Homewood-suites was very pleasant. The front desk clerk shaniq was very nice to me & family. We arrive a hour early & she lets us check in early.I would differently stay here again & I stayed there for two nights because we going to sesame place. Its a little out of the way from sesame like a 1/2hour away but this hotel is worth the stay.

Sesame Place VacationPosted Aug 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here with our two young children to go to Sesame Place. While it was a little further away from the park than we had hoped, this hotel had EVERYTHING we were looking for. We loved that it had a suite with a door that closed, so we could put the kids to bed and still stay up for a few hours watching tv. It had a free breakfast which had a lot of great items. There were fresh strawberries for the make your own waffles and four hot items each day. While the cooked food wasn't the greatest it was FREE and there were enough other items to choose from. I was also surprised and the different choices like different flavored cream cheese and my husband loved the "fixins" for the oatmeal. The other great thing was that there is a dinner at the hotel Monday through Thursday. So, for the two days we went to Sesame Place, we had a free breakfast, packed our lunch, and then came back to the hotel for a free dinner. Saved us a lot of money rather than eating out. Again, the food was okay, (they had the same beef tips two nights in a row) but again, it was free. The pool was fun to splash around in and the hot tub was a bonus! The rooms were clean and were enough room for the 4 of us. If you are in the area or traveling with kids, this is definitely the place to stay. Great hotel and a great value. And, the manager there, Shaneek, was incredible. She was personable and really made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
