Not good at all poorly maintained, mold in places. 2 towels were soiled. Tv didn't work. The internet disconnected every 5 minutes and wase weak. Tiles in bathroom broken and they painted over the mold. The electrical in the bathroom was shorting . So so much

It took a very long time to get hot water in the shower. When I finally did get hot water, I got in the shower and the water turned ice cold. This happened several times-NOT PLEASANT. TV reception was poor and I had to ask the front desk the “secret” to get TV to work (you had to press a certain number then enter on the remote)-would have been nice to have written directions in the room.

We stayed here to go to Sesame Place, only 27 mins away! Very good price. Only complaint is a 2 bed room should have 4 pillows on each bed and more towels.

Checked in and out within 10 minutes. The parking lot is in very poor condition. The property hallways reek of urine, it’s very loud, and the rooms are ragged. The interior lock on door of my room had loose screws and could be wiggled out of place. The tv didn’t work. Multiple lights were out in the room. The leather furniture was worn away. A few people seemed to loiter outdoors. Overall, it was nothing like the pictures and I felt unsafe. Skip this place at all costs.

The room was large with microwave, hotplate, refrigerator, coffee maker and convenient ice maker and vending machines close by. However, there is no elevator to the second floor. Lighting was marginal and I had to climb up on a small couch to turn on a floor lamp. Only one bed lamp for the king bed. Limited outlets to plug things in.
