Residence Inn by Marriott Mt. Laurel at Bishop's Gate

When I entered my room, I instantly realized this wasn't the room I envisioned. I called the front desk and got pushback. No resolve. When I called back to get ice (none was in the freezer), I expressed my concern to the guy delivering the ice who I had met at the front desk. He said he could possibly help me and to give him about ten minutes. He called in less than ten minutes and said he had an alternate room available. He came back up and helped me move to the other room. I aggressively tried to offer him a tip for going above and beyond, but he steadfastly refused (unfortunately I can't remember his name). By the way, it was Memorial Day weekend and I am a retired twenty-year veteran. I felt greatly appreciated.

Chose this hotel for location but pleasantly surprised. Quiet, clean, relaxing, and great breakfast for a dieter. Eggs, turkey canadian bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt and more. Or regular sausage if you prefer. Nice area for socializing if you choose.

I found this hotel by searching Expedia for four criteria: location, indoor pool, free wi-fi, free (full) breakfast. This Residence Inn was great on all accounts. Loved the in-suite kitchen so we could make late-night coffee/tea/snacks. Clean beds, comfortable pull-out couch, gas fireplace. The kids are asking when we can go back!

Loved the room. Clean, modern. Everything you need to be comfortable. Staff is friendly and courteous.

The hotel charged me for my stay even though I already paid through hotels.com. I had to call them to refund my money. Other than that, everything else was really nice.

Was looking for a place that was close to Prospector's since one of my friends was having a birthday there. It was a nice quick 4 minute drive and the room was perfect. We had one of the rooms in the newer wing and was clean and everything looked great. It was also nice to have the microwave because the leftovers from Prospectors, which was a lot of left overs was able to reheat with no problems as well as having the utensils to eat it in the room was perfect. If I am ever in the area with my girlfriend again I would gladly book a room here be it for one night or multiple nights. In close proximity to a lot of different stores and restaurants if needed.

If you have an overnight or longer business day or need to bring children along there is no better place in the area that I have found. Close to area attractions and Philadelphia.
