Rodeway Inn Mount Laurel

Non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Asked to change rooms and staff said none available even though the parking lot wasn't even half full. Sign posted at front desk stating no extra towels,blankets, or pillows. Hole in wall in our room, a/c wasn't the greatest and wasn't on when we got to our room on a 90+ degree day.

For the price, this was a good hotel. I don't expect perfection at this price. It was more than acceptable. The only problem was that the lady at the front desk was kind of grumpy, and even McDonalds has service with a smile. The next morning the man at the desk was very helpful and pleasant.

The first room we got the lock on the door didnt work and the heat was broken so we asked for another room and the second room we got the tv didnt work and it had a weird odor in it . We are not staying here again.

not that bad, for $50 you should not complain ! Nice location , restaurants, shopping, 20 min to Philadelphia.

We got a decent size room and it was very clean. Not bad for a one night stay.

All fixtures attached to the walls were hanging out.it just looks like a place for Illegal activities to occur the little chair they had a room smelled like urine. Lucky for me I just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours And it was too cold to sleep in my own car.

I believe that this hotel should be avoided. The doors to the room appear to be vulnerable. The first room they gave us had a broken door lock. This is not a hotel for a single woman to stay in. The security and customer service are very bad.

Its easy to get to. bthrm was dirty. But it wasn't too bad.

This hotel is a flop house for the homeless, drug deals were occurring in the parking lot. I unknowing sent some students to the hotel, fortunately they were savvy enough to realize that this was not a safe situation and found another hotel nearby. NEVER,NEVER stay here. I would suggest that hotels.com investigates this immediately.
