The Hotel ML

Staff made am error and didn't give two beds in a room. They didn't do enough to make amends.

The lobby hotel is nice, but, the room is dirty. The AC is very noise, i think i was in one race car. The water park is really dirty, very noise, the music there is very, very loud. Never again. Dont lost your money in there. You will be not happy for going there

Bathroom faucets in shower broken. Asked the staff for refrigerator and microwave , they said they will bring it, never came in 2 days.

My card kept getting charged, randomly and for different amounts. There are a few hotel staff that are just very nice and accommodating, however the few of the unfriendly staff made it unpleasant. My daughter loves the water park and it is farely close to all locations and highways. Our room didn't get cleaned one of the nights, our 2nd night there. That was a bit aggravating. Other then that, not to bad if you get a good deal to stay through expedia. I would not stay here at full price!

I'm big on customer service and had no problem on my check in process; however when I was checking out I had to wait a few minutes b/c there was no one at the front desk. When the attendant came out from the back he didn't greet or apologize for the wait. As I was being serviced there was no eye contact. Aside from this incident the hotel was very neat and comfy.

Great place for a family weekend get-a-way.. Cocokeys Resort was awesome for the kids and for adults too... Planning to go back very soon....

Lower level room, near the empty parking lot, with a massive sliding glass door facing the turnpike! The wind slamming against the door kept me awake all night. Oh, and the front desk clerk FAILED to give me a wakeup call as he was ASLEEP!!!

Overpriced for the quality. Had cigarette butts on the floor of my room. Had used shampoo bottle. Bed was comfortable. Terrible tv reception and very limited stations. Old, beat up furniture in the room.

There are two elevators in the hotel. We waited 10-15 minutes for the elevator to get to our floor during busy check out time. It needs an upgrade. Other than that it not bad.

Bad sevice and got room with loud elevator noise and malfunctioning heater. So bad I left at 11pm .. couldn't even sleep over I was so uncomfortable.
