“Will stay someplace else next time”

The comfort of the bed was horrible. It is hard as a rock, we got no sleep what so ever.

“Fine stay”

Everything was fine (especially for the price) for my one night stay, clean room, courteous and helpful staff, decent breakfast.

“Be careful”

We booked this hotel on Expedia's special rates, without knowing the name of the hotel. We had our dog with us, but the hotel does not allow pets; the pooch had to sleep in the car. The bad part was that we had a connecting room with a person that was counseling someone on the phone, and we could hear every word through the wall/door.

“Nice hotel but needs better breakfast selectionand better room service!!!”

The room was clean and decent the staff was ok. The only problem i had was i called for room service before i left and when i got back 3 hours later room still was not cleaned. I didn't like breakfast selection i think it should have been more but other than that it was ok. I would consider coming back to this hotel.

“95 degrees and no air conditioning”

We had reservations for 2 nights. We weregiven our room. Turned on air conditioning and left for a few hours so the room could cool down. Returned to hotel, room was H-O-T! talked to front desk, they sent maintence man down. couldn't fix unit. Offered us a fan. We requested another room, there were none available. Front Desk clerk made a few calls and we were told to make do tonite and they would try to replace the unit tommorow. My husband requested to be released from our reservations and after a few more calls they were able to do that for us. AT 11 Pm we went next door to the Baymont and received excellent service and a room with air.

“close to the casino”

Motel was fine, The grounds need a little t.l.c. though. Overgrown weeds and grass. Just a little shabby looking. Front desk help were very nice, rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Fit the purpose for are visit.

We were satisfied with the location, and also with the helpfulness of the staff.

Reasonable price. Nice room. Easy access of Interstate. Above average breakfast selection. Helpful staff.

We have stayed at this hotel serval times and have also been happy with our stay. If i had a suggestion it would be to make the bathroom area a little bigger. More vanity space or maybe some drawers to put your things.
