Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff, Internet access was to be provided in every room....was not the case for us. The desk clerk could not help us out.

Pros: Employees went out of their way to provide extra help, services and information on many occasions,
Location: plenty of restaraunts, shopping and entertainment in the area. Convenient access to all major travel routes.
very nice, under difficult circumstances. nice rooms and very helpful employees.

It's a good hotel... but has no breakfast and no pool... beds are too small.. staff is friendly. .. expensive for having so little amenities. ..

Great service, will come back, brand new, friendly staff, and free dvd movies at front counter for free rental. In town for a graduation, we were allowed to check in early and check out late the next day. Will recommend to all our family!

I chose the Candlewood through hotels.com because it offered "free continental breakfast". But after checking in and asking about it, I was told the hotel didn't offer breakfast. Also, the rate on hotels.com was $85 and change (taxes included) but the bill the hotel gave me was $73. Will probably not use hotels.com ever again.

Walkway to front office needs covering!

This is visibly an error in hotel planners. However, all else was awesome! The office staff deserves kudos for friendliness and excellent customer service!

Yes the front cover is the hotel brand requirment so not much we can do as we have to follow our brand guidelines during the construction phase. however we are delighted you enjoyed the hotel and our great friendly and courteous staff. Nothing special, but animals and smokers are welco

Got a smoking room, but no ashtrays. No comforter on the bed...froze the first night. Went and bought a blanket. Front desk staff is great...housekeeping is lazy. Only stay here because animals and smokers are welcome and it is close to relatives.

First and foremost I do apologize that your expereince in a smoking room was not quite to your satisfaction. It was unfortunate that you had a smoking room and no ashtrays and if dialed 0 we would have taken care of any issues you would have experienced immediately to satisfy your needs. or when you came to get a blanket. It is very unusual for our staff in housekeeping to overlook any items that should be in the room and again apologize for the inconvience this may have caused. Please when in town next time let us make it right and let us take care of you the way we strive to do with all our guest. Again thank you for your comments as it always helps us to improve where we sometimes may have overlooked.
