Pros: It was conveint to where we were hanging out
Location: we went to a blue grass festival. But there is a water park and discovery museum near by for kids
We only stayed one night,but it was perfect . The beds were amazing. slept great

Convenient to CMU

Pros: Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
Cons: Clean the hallways later in the morning.
Loved the Hotel, but you can hear everything through the walls and all the people in the hallway including housekeeping vacuuming at 8 am.

Comfortable bed, room could have been cleaner. Hair dryer was broken, non - smoking room smelled like lingering cigarettes, linen shower curtain had stains on it. Nothing that was a deal-breaker, but not the best comfort inn where I have stayed.

Functional for 1 night stay

Pros: Front desk staff very good. Beds were comfortable
Cons: Minimize odors from Bennigan's into hallways on first floor of hotel.
Location: Right next to CMU. Fairly dead city in the summer. Minimal activity downtown on a Saturday night.
Hotel desk staff were excellent. Staff serving continental breakfast rude. Fitness equipment scarce. Pool nice and warm. Room smelled like maple syrup and fumes from the Bennigan's which was attached to the hotel filled the hallway-not pleasant.

NIce Place to stay but ......

The Front Desk and Staff were very helpful since we have never been to the area. There was a lot to choose from for breakfast. The issue we had is one of the pillows was dirty it had a stain on it. For us that was a big issue and we won't be going back to the Comfort Inn. Something like that should have been seen by the cleaning staff.

Nice rooms!

Loved this hotel and would have given it an excellent rating if it weren't for a rough check in experience. The front desk assistant did not know the room was prepaid and attempted to double charge me. She then gave me room cards for the wrong room. If I hadn't checked the number before leaving the desk I would have been heading back downstairs. They made up for it with an exceptionally clean room and permission to check out two hours late. Would definitely return.
