It was very clean. Liked that there was no carpet floor. Very simple place to stay if you’re not looking for too many amenities but that was ok with us, although there was small fridge and microwave in our room. Rooms are outdoor entrance if that matters to anyone. Table in room broke when we were packing our bags to leave and I notified the front desk and they were understanding. Volume on tv remote didn’t work. Still was ok since the place looked and smelled clean upon arrival.

I asked the front desk clerk 3 different times to fix the tv/cable box. Said they would NOPE didnt happen. Rooms needs to be redone. Sheetock needs to be replaced. And oh ya a working microwave.

The first room was horrible. The light in the bathroom did wrong. The tv didn't work. And i didn't get the room i reserved. But,the next morning. A worker made every thing right. The night worker lied about having maintenance come check the room. And she didn't even call to let me know he wasn't coming.

Hotel Stay Like It Used to Be!
This hotel is of average quality, no frills, but excellent value and service. How about maid service daily? Yep! How about reservation cancellation up to 6pm of the reserved day of arrival? Yep! And, the rate for a night is less than 50% of the Hampton Inn 500' away. These are features that quality hotels used to provide, but no more. Stay here, you'll smile when you do.

I arrived and was not able to find anyone to give me a key for my room. I rang the bell and waited. Then came back 10 minutes later and still no one. I had to leave and find another hotel. I put a complaint in but didn’t hear back. I paid for the room too

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. First TV didn't work. They never fixed it. No extra toilet paper one towel and than we get switched to another room no hot water pipes leaking flooded floor. Never stay there. Crackheads everywhere also.

I've stayed at this property w ny handicap mother on numerous occasions. This stay was awful..from the check in to the room they out us in to the people who were in rooms around us...needless to say i hadxto go back to desk n asked for different room in different area of complex or give me a refund...we got a different room after me having to talk with the clerk that barely spoke English....safety needs work...rooms need work..no hot water...they need to really clean the property up and the people they let stay there....1st room ..ac didn't work..it had bad odor and the area n people around us was awful....now room they moved us to ac worked..no odor..n felt somewhat safer..still no hot water...but pet friendly which is our main reason staying...They need to fix alot on this property..

They say a picture says it all. In this case I walked into a room that smelled. Had mold. A front door that mice could fit through easily. A cracked mirror. A lobby that had no air conditioning. My last memory was of a guy buying drugs from a person waiting on him in the truck I feared for my life all night long. Never again.

Hotel cleaning staff and maintenance were very friendly front desk was no help at all when I told them my toilet was leaking until I told them I wanted a new room. Front staff was terrible and not helpful.

Air conditioner was no working properly. Kept shutting off. Telephone did not work. Trim along floor was falling off. No parking near room. Had to park on opposite side of room because there was no parking on the backside. When I say no parking I mean no parking lot at all.

They had roaches the TV did not work it took them 20 minutes to come upstairs switch rooms the TV didn’t work in that one I pay for smoking room could not smoke in the third room so I got three rooms that night the service was terrible
