Quick, friendly service. Nice, clean place to stay. Would stay there again without question.

“Comfortable”

Plusses: The room was clean and neat and the shower had good pressure, which is always a plus at a hotel! The free continental breakfast was good (waffles smelled great!). Newspapers available at no charge. Friendly desk staff. Good location, near to shopping and the CMU campus. Minuses: Thin walls--the man in the room next to us had a sneezing fit early in the morning and it woke us up. The hallway smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke, which was a turnoff. Bathroom towels were small and thin, but how much can you expect from a hotel? No restaurant attached, which is a consideration, but if you care about that there's a next door hotel with a good one. Overall: Overall a positive experience. There are always things that could be done to make it better, but I'd return as long as the rates remain competitive.

“Was a great get away for my husband and I walking distance to shopping, and food”

Very pleased with the lady at the front desk my husband and I brought a bottle of wine with us but forgot the opener so she called the hotel next door and they were able to provide us with one. The lady (I wish I could remember her name) was very pleasant and was able to help us locate the casino and the movie theater

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable rates. They let us check in extremely early (11:30 am) which was nice and unexpected. Clean pool area. We would stay here again.

The only bad thing about the hotel was a slow draining tub which affected the three of us taking showers, we had to wait for it to drain, housekeeping should have reported that because they would have encountered the problem when cleaning the tub.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. They own the super 8 and the best western so if their rates are lower book in one of them as you will get the same thing. The hotel was loud the night we stayed there as there was a softball team that was staying there a little league to be ezact so lots of kids. they didn't book them in one section of the hotel so they were threwout and it kept the hotel vary noisey. We were promised the hotel would take care of the problem by 11 pm and it seemed to of happened tell 5 am Doors slamming kids yelling down the hall. I rate this hotel high because i am sure this is not a normal thing just some bad luck this time around. Good clean hotel with a pool is what this place is.

“Great for a Golf trip”

Clean, friendly staff and a good location. For 8 guys on a golf trip it worked out very well. Would stay here again.

“Golf Trip”

This is our annual golf trip to Central Michigan and the first to the south Mt. Pleasant but certainly not our last. Golf courses in the area are all well maintained and 99% of them have super friendly staff members. Snow Snake is by far our favorite and is always included in our outings.
