Nice motel with a great breakfast from 6am.till 9am. I likedthe scrambled eggs and sausages. We were very close to down town and the shops and restraurants. Crazy horse monument was only 3 miles away very close.

MotelPosted Aug 12, 2014
Cons: help at the desk
fine for a motel... but I was charged $250 since it was Harley Davidson Rally week... did not realize it. Anyway I guess that is capitalism and had made a non-refundable reservation... but I stayed the next night in Custer Park for less, in one of the Lodges. What a wonderful experience! I recommend staying in the park or staying in the cheapest motel in the area, as they all seem the same... and I know why the Best Westerns were the only available when I booked since they are more expensive.

One night only ... very comfortable ...Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Easy parking, easy to get to, easy to get to attractions. STAFF was VERY friendly and helpful. Five-star!
Cons: I would have liked a refrig in the room.
Location: So much !!! Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Caves, Sturgis, Flintstone park ....miniature golf, horseback riding ... beautiful Custer State Park
We had a less-than-pleasant room the night before, so Buffalo Ridge seemed like a mansion! In reality, it is very, very nice .... very clean ... very good walk-to restaurant (cloth tablecloths!) .... I would definitely go back.

Ugh...disappointingly overpricedPosted Aug 10, 2014
For $200 a night we expected a really nice and clean room but it was average...not many amenities; not even an ice machine or vending machine. Also, it smelled bad in our room. Overall I think this experience will make me never stay in a Best Western again.

Need to improve!!!Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Close to attractions and restaurants
Cons: Please, remodel the hotel.
Location: Great restaurants and close to town, walk distance.
Close to atractions and parks.Room was dirty a/c was broken making a lot of noise. The TV was not in proper operation, need to call to fix it. The bathtub was clugged. Called several times to reception and left a voice mail,no one responded back. I went to the lobby they mentioned no voice mail was received. At last they fixed the TV and bathstub. The wall A/C was not fix. Normal breakfast items ok but crowded area and dirty floors.
