Wonderful accommodations!Posted Sep 28, 2013
Cons: Can't think of a thing!
The staff was very friendly and helpful about directions to various points of interests in the South Dakota area and even gave us better directions then we thought for Devil's Tower in Wyoming! The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was a nice touch! Anyone wanting to take a trip to Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse Monument should stay here -- it's close enough to get there and the town is very nice! I'd recommend this place to anyone!!

Pros: Was pretty quiet
Cons: new taller toilets. tubs that drained. an elevator
Location: Location was pretty good
We had trouble finding the hotel. My GPS put us at the wrong end of town. I had to call to get location. Desk was very helpful with this. Tub did not drain had to stand in 3 inches of water to shower. Toilet would be ok for a very short person, but not for a tall person with knee trouble. We were stopped by staff and asked if we came a day early. we said no and lady insisted it was us after 3 time of telling her no she finally asked another worker and found out it was some one else. I think we would know if we came a day early.

Not what was expected with the rave reviewsPosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
We read a lot of reviews about the hotel before booking. Everything said it was clean and the food was awesome. Well, it only took an hour of walking on the floor to turn our feet black because the carpets were so dirty. They said it was newly remodeled but I'm not sure where. The food was average but not outstanding. The staff were all very nice but seemed surprised when I mentioned the carpet. Hopefully they get it cleaned soon! We liked the location of the hotel - close to the sites we wanted to see.

Small pillowsPosted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Full size pillows
Location: Hill city, anything you can think to do around there.
Small pillows were very uncomfortable. My wife could now get to sleep. I brought my own but got backache from bed. Tossing too much I guess.

Good clean hotel, friendly, helpful staffPosted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed staying at the Quaity Inn, Hill City, SD. Stayed 3 nights and decided to stay a 4th. All amenities were good. Only disappointment was the whirlpool. The jets just barely work, so it wasn't as soothing as it should have been. More like a public bathtub.
