Filthy ring around bath tub, hair stuck to shower walls. Sheets unclean. Room smelt like old men's cologne. Left hotel early.

It was not a good experience staying here. No A/C, no fridge, no microwave when all these things were listed while booking. Our room was allocated inspire of the staff knowing the A/C not working issue. I don't recommend this place for families.

Pros: The room and the staff.
Cons: Pool and sauna.
Location: Mother Nature
I stayed six nights and enjoyed the hotel. Close to my event and the view of the magnificent Mt. Shasta was just wonderful.

Great view of Mt Shasta

Pros: Nice clean room, view of Mt Shasta, breakfast.
Cons: Make sure air conditioner/heater in room work when room is cleaned.
Nice clean room. Great breakfast. Quiet. Air conditioner/heater in room did not work. Asked a staff member to have it checked while we were out to dinner. Nothing changed, still did not work. On first floor so could not just leave window open for some air.

Boogers

There were boogers on the blanket. Says it all. Hotel staff apologized and gave us a new blanket for the bed but, there was no effort to give a discount or even mention it again at check out. They still use comforters, something most hotels have stopped doing. (Because they cannot be cleaned after each guest.) It's an older hotel and starting to show its age. The sink drains slowly. (old pipes) Price was comparable to the surrounding hotels. Probably will not be staying here again, at least not without doing a once over to check linens before tucking in for the night.

I used a free night reward, so it was okay.Our windows didn't have curtains even it was on 1st floor. There are free right breakfast. But I don't want to spend over $120 for here. It was at a busy location, it's not your place if you expect nature.

Right off of I-5 South Weed exit; check-in and check-out were painless. Staff was very nice. Very good coffee in the morning. Thanks!
