All staff members were so kind and polite. Room was super clean and modern. Quiet also! The dining room was very comfortable and food was delicious, best coffee and granola

We requested cotton sheets but they did not have them. The heat/air did not work well. Overall, nice but the sheets and the thermostat were big items

I have stayed here before and the staff is very kind and attentive. What I really love is the fresh ground coffee for my room. The food in the restaurant is very good. I would love to have the recipe for the cream spinach, and Greer eggs Florentine recipe, it was delicious

We stayed in the newer building since we could enjoy having a gas fireplace option. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a sitting area and using the fireplace. Loved making my own French press coffee with fresh beans each morning before heading out to walk to the nearby marina or nearby cafes. The room also has the convenience of a compact fridge and microwave. Nice stay despite the dreary weather.

THe elevator was inoperable due to a water leak so we climbed 4 flights of stairs with help from the staff. If we'd had sunshine, we could have enjoyed the view!

We severely apologize for the inconvenience of our elevator breaking down in our Historic Building during your stay. Please know that we are doing everything we can to maintain our 135 year old building, and will gladly move any guests to our Contemporary Building next door, where we have amazing viewing rooms as well, as a working elevator, and have kept the Majestic feel in those rooms. Thank you again for choosing to stay at the Majestic Inn and Spa. I hope that you enjoyed your stay despite the elevator not working and we hope that you come back again soon

They gave our dog a choice of toy and then also gave us and him a little goody bag. The only down fall is when you stay with a dog you have to order room service as the animal cant be left alone and no animals allowed even on the roof top.
