I like how quiet the hotel is. The lady at the front desk checking me in was very nice. She explained how to complete the check out procedure in the morning and was very helpfuland professional!

The room was clean and comfortable but it was outdated. Checking in through a kiosk is very impersonal. Breakfast was not good. The time was advertised as 6 am to 9 am. We went to breakfast around 7:45 am. We got the last two pieces of sausage. There were hardly any eggs. Apple juice was out (only clear water). No milk. No yogurt. Only half a bagel. And no one around to ask about refilling. About 20 minutes, an attendant came with more sausage. She didn’t check anything else. And was more interested in her personal phone call than the breakfast room or us. When we were walking back to our room, we saw her again in the laundry room, still talking on her phone, with several plates of food in front of her. I would have understood being out of items if it had been closer to 9 am, but not that early. And your attendant being unconcerned with her job and more concerned with her phone call is inexcusable.

A bit unpersonal.
The stay was nice. The facility was clean. The room was accommodating. My only personal quirk comes in the check-in. They use a kiosk to check people in by video. A person who isn't even at the hotel checks you in. I don't like how unpersonal that makes the experience. Get rid of the kiosk. We want to engage with people in person, not from some remote site.

I did not like having to sign in using the kiosk method. It took way longer than had the person behind the counter done it. I had already had made reservations online so it should have gone smoother than it had. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and facility, the bed was very comfortable and there was a hot breakfast in the morning.

Well, when I went in to check in they had some computer there and I had to video talk to someone and not an actual person their. I am not used to the machine at all. Then when I got to my room there was something on the dresser where the TV was sitting at that had not been cleaned off and on the chair next to the bed as well as one of the wash clothes had something black on it. Also, there was a black stain on the sheets that looked like dried blood from a bug. I like to have someone locate to talk to not a computer. That's why I didn't go down and get a room change. And, I asked where the person was she said they was on break and the machine was still there in the morning. I've stayed there several times and not had anything like that before. So needless to say I may not be staying there anymore.
