Pros: Very nice...hotel and the room
Location: Close to everything...but out of the of the way at the same time.
The only trouble I had was that I booked with expedia..and they (Hampton) had no record of it. So I was kinda treated like I had done something wrong. Was made to give my credit card again and was told the rate would be higher (even though I told him it had already been charged to my credit card) by the gentleman at the front desk. Thank goodness there was another lady at the desk that said don't worry about all that now we will call a manager and get in touch with expedia and find out what happen. Then he gave me my key and didn't even tell me where my room was. Other than that the hotel was very nice and close to everything. I would stay here again.

Pros: Convenience and the indoor swimming pool.
Cons: More courteous help at the front desk. New mattresses.
Location: New Hobby Lobby. Lots more shopping. I was there for a fly fishing conference.
This is the third year in a row that we stayed at this hotel on this weekend each year. When we arrived and checked in, the lady at the desk did not offer any information. When I called down to the desk for the wifi password nobody answered until I called the hotel from my cell phone. The toilet seat was only attached on one side and almost fell off when I sat down. The bed was so uncomfortable, I woke up several times with my back hurting so bad I could've cried. And I don't have back problems. The muffins at breakfast could have been used on the ice for pucks.

Hotel staff was great, but hot tub was cold on night one. Reported it every day. Never did get this fixed. Daily breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

Great hotel - Very clean & nice! I gave overall rating a 4 only because the bed wasn't all that comfy. Only other thing (which is no big deal) they definitely need another waffle maker...there was a family of 5 there that took forever making waffles. We stayed the 2nd night at the Day's Inn...for the same price, Hampton was much nicer & would be my hotel of choice on returning.
