When a customer gets stuck in the bathroom because your quilty of your hotel is so bad. Do Not tell them "What do you want us to do about it"!!!!

The Hotel had a bad odor to it. The beds were hard. The attendant/clerk was not a very friendly person. The continental breakfast was nothing to be desired.

It by far the worse hotel experience i have ever had. I travel a lot and was sbocked.

Decent place, but no elevator to second floor. Dragging stuff up and down stairs is a nuisance. Not a bad place to stay, but not great either. I'd stay there again, but not my first choice.

We spent the day on the lake and then came here. For what we needed it was fine, but if you are planning on staying and spending time there, the place isn't that nice. There was no air in the halls, and it was 100 plus outside!

we were down about 6:15 AM but no breakfast items at that time and no one was around.

Manager could not change time of stay when requested.Suposed breckfast was picked up by 9 am.Room never cleaned one time.

The hotel was nice and convenient to our activities. We enjoyed our stay.

For the money this hotel was was just fine. It is in the same area as most the hotes in town so I didn't have to worry about the neighborhood. No frills, no fuss. Did have a fridge and microwave which was a plus. The staff was courteous and helpful.
