Reception is extremely bad. Upon arrival told us to go away and come back later they had electricity problems. Telling a client that is tired after a 10 hour flight to go away and come back later….. had to fight to get invoice… pure hell

Great location
My stay was average. The place itself was outdated as such i was not able to discern whether the it was the decor that outdated or whether the place was dirty especially the swimming pool . But the place is near the city, opposite a mall so those are huge pluses if you are new to the place. Based on location i gice it a thumbs up.

Canvas missing from frame for covered parking; oilet leaks water continuously; website says laundry service but they don't provide - which is a requisite for all of my accommodations when I travel.

1. clean room but quite dark and need a bit of updating.2. There was tea/coffee/ sugar but no milk available in the room.3.Self catering but wasn't informed at reception when booking in that we had to ask for cooking utensils.4.No WiFi very weak, had to go to reception to pick it up.

The Khumalo’s experience
The stay was amazing. The service was very slow at reception for check in and at breakfast. More people to be deployed during peak times of serving breakfast. Otherwise, all else was pleasing and we will book again for our next trip in that area.

Just don’t stay here.
The aircon was on a timer and shut off every 50 minutes which meant I woke up once an hour to turn it on as the room was HOT! Also, no kettle to boil water for coffee, only one glass for water. The tap water was warm. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The front door had a broken lock. Room smelled musty, the aircon leaked water. WiFi was weak.Not worth the price.

the last time for sure at this hotel. Have complained many times but no one really cares. Even the staff believes that the condition of the property is extremely bad. so what more can we expect. Very convenient location. what a shame.

When I arrived the receptionist immediately knew who I was 1 minute and I was in my room. then I had dinner at night. the service and the food was just absolutely delicious. the next morning when I booked out the receptionist was so friendly and everything went so smoothly I would definitely stay there again

One Night stay, Christmas Shopping In Nelspruit.
In general the accommodation was very good. The only bad thing I could say that they are a bit stingy on the Tea/Coffee/Sugar/Milk. If I had asked for more they most likely would have given, but I didn't. Overhaul, myself and my wife enjoyed the stay.

The pool and pool area was not cleaned in the four days spent there. The bottom of the pool was literaly black from all the dirt. The sides looked like mold was growing. Health department should make inspection. Nobody cleaned the cushions or bothered to lay them on the recliners or chairs, guests had to do it themselves.
