“away from it all”
We have stayed in many Best Western Hotels and this one is just a little run down looking. It might be due to all the skiers and snow they get on Mt. Hood, however it would be nice not to see such large stain in the guest rooms. Over all the most important thing is the beds being comfortable and that they were.
“just getting started”
need screens in windows, with no ac you have to open windows in july. carpet needs replaced NOW
“Outdated and dirty carpets”
We stayed in a lot of nice hotels, so this one really paled in comparison. The carpet was very dirty-in our room and the hallways as well. The colors of bedspread and curtains were dark and outdated. We had a king suite w/ sofabed, which were all in one large room. The sofabed was old, uncomfortable, and had an unpleasant smell. The blanket on the sofabed was greasy. We asked for another blanket, and it was even dirtier. Our teen daughter eventually crawled in with us. We were told that there were 5 ski camps, leaving at 5 am. It wasn't as noisy as we were expecting. On the plus side, they did serve breakfast from 5 am - 10 am. My daughter liked the breakfast burrito, and the ready-made hot chocolate. They didn't have (ran out of?) bread and butter, so we ended up using our own. Overall, not impressed.
“Very good location and very confortable”
Almost everything was perfect except the continental breakfast... not much to eat and the trays were always empty. I would recommend this hotel. It's close to the village, the hiking trails, It's confortable, it's quiet and the room was very clean.
“will use them in the future”
The room was quiet and comfortable. It had a restaurants and shopping close by. We recommend Mt Hood Inn to people who would like to escape to the mountain for a fun trip to play in the snow.
“Definitely Again!!!”
Beautiful hotel. I'll stay again. Inside parking. Not a bad view from many of the rooms. Snowboarding lockers. Just great.
“Will go back”
The hotel is the perfect distance from Mt Hood Meadows and there is a fantastic brewery right across the street. I went with out of town guests, and will be sure to go back!
“Mt Hood Inn”
The hotel was nice and convieniently located close to many winter activities, excellent restaurants, bars and shopping. With-in walking distance was a nice luxury considering I could leave my vehicle in the covered parking at the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was nice and hot cocao and coffee were always available. The only two complainst I had was that there were people(kids) running up and down the hallways after midnight and the beds were not that comfortable. I would still go back though, just request a top floor. The hotel should try to book families with small kids on the lower floors. Thanks Expedia again for a trouble free trip.
