Pros: Price and rating I reviewed before I booked room. No way I would give this place a 4.2 out of 5!! No way!! Misleading rating for sure!
Cons: Maintenance for one!!
Location: Near Ft. Knox....
room had stale odor when I first entered....just an "old/used" smell. Sink stopper wasn't attached to anything...just pulled out of unit! Toilet leaked from rear, you could see floor was wet. Didn't tell front desk....didn't expect better conditions in another room.

Motel, not hotelPosted Apr 30, 2014
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Modernize rooms.
Listed as hotel, it is a motel. Room was nonsmoking, smelled like smoke and musty. Carpets dirty, poor layout of room, furnishings need updated. Outdoor areas nice, although landscaping needs some attention.

A fine motel for this pricepoint.Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: It was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The free breakfast was lame.
Location: There are a small variety of fast food places within a 10 minute drive. Minutes from Fort Knox.
My room was huge, clean and comfortable. A mini fridge and microwave were convenient. I was looking for a 2 night stopover, nothing fancy, but clean. That's what it is. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean budget room.

ExcellencePosted Jul 18, 2013
Location: Located just minutes from FT Knox, Radcliff, and within walking distance to fast food and gas stations. Fishing and camping nearby as well.
Very friendly staff, rooms are very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Price for a stay is modest and affordable.

home-feeling hotel with the decorations all around the grounds just made you fell comfortablePosted Nov 11, 2010
after a trying day of travel, it was a wonderful experience at check in, the front desk person was helpful and informative. even though it was late , she offered to keep the pool open for awhile if we wanted to relax in the pool. i was truly amazed. since my daughter and i both work in retail, we notice when employees go beyond the normal customer service level. and they certainly did. during the next day we were in and out of the room, spending time with my son and it was a very pleasant experience. he told his sister you always know how to pick the hotel. she is always the one that does the research and picks the hotel when we travel. again she choose a suburb hotel. she said she liked it because it looked like a family place, warm and cozy. since we had not seen my son for almost 3 months nor been able to talk to him, it was a great place to visit with him. thanks to all the staff.
