Decent hotel bit pricy comparatively services and ambiance expected for the paid price.

Satisfactory airport hotel. Showing a little wear, but fine for a night or two. The closest train station is Ville Parle, easily accessible by tuk-tuk straight down Nehru Road. I was feeling adventurous and took the train into Mumbai; this is best done other than at rush hour -- that was a more thrilling experience than I cared for. They don't start the breakfast buffet until 7 a.m., so I barely had time to get something before my 8:30 flight. I was surprised that they don't run their airport shuttle on a fixed time schedule; if the driver's available, they just whisk you over without having to wait, which was very nice. They have a "business center" with computer workstations, but it's not complimentary, which was annoying since I would've liked to be able to check online for flight delays.

We had 3 rooms booked (3 Triple & a Double). Although the hotel is going through a re-furb and looks un inviting as you approach the hotel, the rooms on the 4th/5th floor are excellent, very clean, modern and spacious. Close to Juhu and Santa Cruz for shopping. The staff were excellent in helping out with our needs and the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport is an added bonus.

The hotel upgraded us to one of their recently refurbished rooms on the 5th floor, with a view of the motorway to the airport. The fridge didn't work, and when we left the room the air conditioning came on full blast so the room was always freezing when we came back to it. We had to ask for the TV remote so that we could switch the TV off otherwise it would have been glowing all night. The shower cubicle leaked, and the new lighting system was frankly annoying to operate in the dark and only available on one side of the bed. There was only one restaurant although the description said 3. It was ok but in a basement room so a bit dark & dingy looking. Breakfast was ok but no bacon which was disappointing. The smell of disinfectant in the lobby and the coffee shop area was overpowering. Not nice at all, and you had to pass through it to get to the restaurant. When the lift doors opened on other floors, it looked like the rest of the hotel was probably undergoing refurbishment. There was no FREE internet access in public areas as promised. There is no scope to walk out of your hotel, the area surrounding it is packed with traffic and busy roads and overpasses. There are lots of taxis outside though if you know where you want to go. On the plus side the transfers were excellent from the domestic terminal and to the international terminal, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was good value for a 1 night stay if you are using the airport and have no free time to fill.

Perfectly adequate if you need to be close to the domestic airport. Small but absolutely comfortable with a good breakfast. Was a bit disconcerting that the housekeeping man who set up the extra bed (that we were paying for) made it very obvious he wanted a tip...seemed he was reluctant to leave the room without one. I thought the cost of using internet a bit excessive and almost stupid in this day and age. Excellent airport shuttle service.

Best part of the hotel is the room. Rest is fine but not in line with the room. Can do with improvements.

(-) They did not provide the extra bed as booked (for the child) but the King size bed was sufficiently comfortable our short stay. (+) Excellent buffet breakfast ; Warm staff; very conveniently located near domestic airport
