Rating Executive Enclave, West BandraPosted Jun 16, 2013
Pros: Breakfast included in package. Friendly, helpful staff
Cons: Seemed local heavy rain realised poor telephone service/connectivity!
Location: Central to shopping,McDonald and Kentucky! Sprawling shacks opposite could be improved to enhance hotel's image!
Staff attentive, friendly & helpful. Food tasty, good, varied. Good basic breakfast inclusive. Good local taxi service provided by hotel and especially appreciated when essential local travel indicated. Toilet flush system improved on last time.

I was staying in Mumbai for a number of days for some appointments in the Bandra West area, the hotel was perfectly located for me. The hotel collected me from the Airport, driver was very helpful. Check in was simple, the reception staff very helpful. Had some guests arrrive on my first day, a room was found and everyone was at ease. The Hotel is very functional and clean, everything you need. The decor look dated and could do with an update, but this is superfical. The staff are the hotels biggest assest everyone was kind, helpful and made the stay of 4 nights very nice. The food was excellent, very well cooked, tasty and good prices too. The hotel is perfectly located for shopping, nights out at pubs, bars and soem great restaurants. I would recomend the Executive Enclave.

It was fine. The rates should be lower for the area in which it is located.

Accurate, fair, objective rating of the HotelPosted Mar 29, 2013
Pros: Exceptional friendly service
Cons: The hand-held toilet water -pressured flush system. Views from window poor
Location: In West Bandra, a mixed part of town with many other high rise buildings/hotels and some very run-down buildings on opposit side of the street!
Extremely helpful, pleasant staff, Room clean but poor view,The toilet's hand-held tap that forces water to flush loo is way too out-dated & unhygienic; it needs a modern, up-to-date press- lever or push-button flush system in which the flushing water does not come finely spraying back at you the holder of the hand-held tap. A new modern flush system would improve hotel considerably. On positive side, the hotel offers free pick-up from airport and charges a reasonable 800 rupees car trip back to airport - very good for those needing this. Offers free car ride locally within Bandra- excellent on this. Outside, the hotel's walls look much cleaner - paint-wise- than surrounding dirty looking buildings in this very mixed part of the City of Mumbai. Meals available at the hotel for purchase if required at reasonable charge. Once again the friendly, helpful nature of all the hotel's staff, from manager down the line must be re-emphasised. Staff willing to please/help.

Noisy experiencePosted Feb 16, 2013
Pros: Reasonable value for Bandra; helpful staff
Cons: Extremely noisy, particularly on 6th floor; administrative confusions
Location: Bandra is the "Paris" section of Mumbai Reasonable travel times to most parts of Mumbai. Lots of shops, traffic and vibrant life.
Confusion at hotel over booking, but dealt with quickly by upgrading me to suite for first night. Large room with good facilities but not very clean. Smaller room for second night but was clean and more modern. Further confusion on check-out when tried to charge me for purchase of cigarettes; I don't smoke!! Main problem with noise. First night had to complain about builders working to 11.00pm close to my room. Staff initially denied all knowledge of this but finally fixed it and admitted work was on 4th floor. Second night, room 601, was extremely noisy: fans or compressors on 7th floor above me and lots of road noise (poor glazing), plus noise from people leaving restaurant on 7th floor.

A most pleasurable hotel experience.Posted Feb 1, 2013
Location: The hotel is centrally located making it easier to get around with taxis and rickshaws easy to get in front of the hotel.
Checking in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious with a fan and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The room has an eon suite with all the necessities including toiletries. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and well presented. The breakfast served by the hotel each morning had Western and Indian quinine to suit all palates. There was a wide a variety to choose from and they had some thing different each morning. The restaurant section of the hotel served a huge selection of dishes to choose from and all at a very affordable price. The free wifi service is fast and reliable to help check your mail and keep in touch with family and friends.
