“Highly recommended!”

I really do recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a place to stay in Mumbai. It is close to the airport with free shuttle service but you have to call the hotel ahead of time and tell them your flight details. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awesome with eggs, cheese sandwiches, fruit among other things. I had to catch a bus to another destination and the hotel staff was very helpful in guiding me to a travel agent.

“Good option”

Excellent option for someone who lands in BOM late at night and needs a place to spend a night close to the domestic terminal. The hotel is not cheap for Indian standards but it's less expensive than many others and it's clean and reasonably well kept. Overall a good experience and I would go back.

Besides the location and cost, the place is quite miserable. In my case, needed just for a short night sleep near the airport, possibly satisfactory for this

“Think twice”

For the price, this hotel was a disappointment. The good things: it is very near the domestic airport terminal, and the hotel car can get you there quickly. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is OK. At the time I was there, the hotel and surrounding area was reasonably quiet. Everything was swept, i.e., no visible dirt, but it didn't seem quite clean. The bad things: The towels smell like kerosene, and they are worn. The "air conditioning" leaves much to be desired. The linens and pillows were very questionable, with visible stains in some places. The pillow I used was so questionable, I covered it with a kerosene-smelling towel rather than sleep on it directly. I only stayed here because I had gotten into Mumbai at night and needed someplace to stay near the domestic terminal for my flight out the next day. There are lots of other hotels nearby that would meet that criterion.

“Worse”

Compared with last experience staying in this hotel, we find everything become more and more worse.

“Not again”

No toilet paper Hot water was only luke warm. Internet was slow and via separate card - with no receipt. Checkout took 15 minutes - not the queue, the actual processing time of the invoice - even though it was only 151Rp. Toll Free calls were charged. Light switches did not function correctly. Noisy aircon. Staff not interested.

“Always disappointed in Mumbai. Photos lie.”

Way over priced for what it is. Expedia should drop this hotel from its offering.
