Property Amenities
An interrupted view of Mumbai's ‘The Queen's Necklace' can be had from the hotel's sixth floor, which houses a glass-bottom pool (closed during Monsoon season) in a terraced garden setting. Fitness enthusiasts will find a small fitness room on the second floor, manned by an instructor and fitted with cardiovascular equipment and free weights.
Directly outside the entrance of the hotel is a complimentary parking area for six cars. All guests are guaranteed parking, and if not available outside the hotel, the concierge will arrange at no extra cost.
Business users will find a variety of conference and business facilities, including a small business centre with workstations, two medium-sized meeting rooms, a large banquet hall, and an open-air rooftop venue.
Business centre: Accommodating a maximum of seven people, this centre is fitted with workstations with high-speed Internet access (surcharge) and provides faxing and photocopying. Fee(s) subject to change without notice.
Internet access: The business centre has both wired and wireless high-speed Internet access (surcharges apply).
Conference/function rooms: The rooftop venue, Allamanda Terrace, accommodates up to 250 people and is situated by the pool and garden area with panoramic sea views. The Plaza Room seats up to 150 people and can be arranged in boardroom, classroom, or banquet style. Meeting Rooms I and II seat 10 people and are decorated in light neutrals and fitted with audiovisual equipment and Internet access.
Rooms
Spread over the second to fifth floors, the 40 air-conditioned suites and 28 guestrooms come with either full or partial sea views and high-speed Internet access (surcharge). All feature modern décor in cream, terracotta, and gold tones with bright fabrics and cushions. Marble bathrooms have shower/tub combinations. All guests are given a welcome soft drink in the reception area upon arrival.

Dining
The Oriental Blossom - Authentic Cantonese and Schezwan delicacies are prepared by the in-house Chinese chef and served in this 78-capacity restaurant. Open for lunch and dinner daily, with white linen-topped tables surrounded with a blend of gold marble and intricate Oriental prints.
The Bayview Restaurant - This informal restaurant is open 24 hours and designed as a ship, with dark wood floors, bright yellow walls, shell motif black wooden chairs, and tiger-striped sofas. Offering panoramic views across the sea through porthole-style windows strewn with flags of various countries, this buffet restaurant serves Indian, Chinese, Thai, and international favorites such as pasta and pizza. A selection of coffees, teas, ice creams, and sweets are also available.
Geoffrey's the Pub - Open from early morning to late evening, this English-style pub is decorated with traditional pub memorabilia and fitted with wooden tables and leather-topped stools. Kingfisher beer is served on tap, and a selection of scotch, wines, and spirits are also available. A selection of international sandwiches and traditional pub dishes, such as fish and chips, are offered for lunch and dinner.
Tropics - Set on the sixth floor adjacent to the rooftop pool, this small bar serves cocktails, juices, and light snacks during the day. Closed during Monsoon season (mid-July to mid-September).
A complimentary Continental/cooked-to-order/buffet breakfast is provided each morning.
Recreation
An outdoor swimming pool (closed during Monsoon season) is set on sixth floor. The small fitness centre on the second floor is operated by an instructor and houses two treadmill machines, a cross-trainer, a cycling machine, a weight machine, and some free weights.
Waterskiing and paragliding are available (surcharge) at various clubs dotted alongside Marine drive, approximately 2 km (1.5 miles) from the hotel.

“Amazing Hotel - Nice Memory”
Hotel staff was really friendly and the reserved room was clean and neat. It's located in an excellent location on Marine Drive and I recommend everybody who is planning to visit Mumbai for tourism or business is to reserve in this hotel cause the price is reasonable and everything is good. But only problem is they don't have a different varity of TV channels, other than that everything is amazing.
“The just-right hotel...comfortable and deluxe”
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Though we tipped often, it was optional so the staff was not overbearing in trying to earn one. We liked that it was small enough to seem comfortable but had all the ammenities and services of a larger hotel. The included breakfast buffet was the best part...great service and delicious food! The restaurants and pub were fine...and nice to have as a convenient option. We were disappointed that the pool was not open. The lobby was a little overdone as the reviews point out but the rooms were nice. Will definitely book again!
