Very close to the airport and there was many shops and restaurants vlose by. The staff in the hotel restsurant was very polite and nice. The staff in the reception was mor reserved. But for a night or two stsy it's great place.

From the moment you walk through the entrance everyone is there to help you. From the bellhops, to the manager their service is exemplary. The free breakfast is wonderful and varied. They have welcome cookies and flavored water in the main lobby. Just the thing after the drive from the airport. We had laundry done and it was perfect. Clean, folded without wrinkles and fresh.

Room was very noisy, they changed the room but new room was not to standard, only one plug point, hot water issue. Bed and pillow nlt comfortable I paid 78 $ usd for this... not worth it at all. Please refund my money or credit it...

Great airport hotel.
Very conveiyfor the airport. Only took 5 mins in the morning to transfer for our flight. Hotel is comfortable and clean.

C’est un hôtel près de l’aéroport, nous y avons séjourné avant notre départ. L’accueil est plutôt sympa, l’hôtel et chambres très moyens. Il y teigne une odeur de l’enfermé, c’est assez vieillot , le personnel attend fermement les pourboires pour un simple bonjour. Attention au taxi de l’hôtel ( proposé avec un prix fixe pour visiter la ville ) ça vous coûtera au final 25% plus cher car le chauffeur gonflera les prix des parkings et exigera un BON pourboire à la fin. Ça nous a bcp déçu. Petit déjeuner assez pauvre mais bon et le personnel au petits soins - presque trop avenant - ne vous laissant pas tranquilles un instant - encore une question des pourboires. L’emplacement pratique mais pour ce prix pas super super

I had a nice stay here. Staffs are too helpful. Recommended. Just amenities are less. At least I want I amenities per person . Overall nice experiences.

Mr pandmor toured us around Mumbai and it was awesome. The rest of the staff were very friendly and polite. Everyone was so courteous and made our stay enjoyable

Good location for Mumbai airport
We stayed at the Mirage while travelling to and from Mumbai - the proximity to the airport, the large rooms, good service and a very decent breakfast - all combined into a perfect choice to get to the airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend and would stay here again

Quiet elegance. Titus the night manager was charming and pleasant and welcomed us. We were extremely tired getting through customs and to the Airport hotel and finally The helpful staff just got to it. Titus explained everything and were all set. Lobby was simple spacious and elegant. The Hallways were serene and quiet. The room was simply zen. Basics teakettle bottle water. Shower water pressure was very goon and off to be we went. This was an oasis after Mumbai airport. Tomorrow After free breakfast we’re back to airport and to Udaipur.

Our stay at The Mirage was fantastic! Everything from the front desk staff to the room was commendable. The staff was friendly and very helpful, we had the pleasure of meeting being served by Heera at the restaurant, Harjot and the day staff at the front desk, Ravindra, and Rakesh who took us on a great tour of the city! The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff upgraded our room and it was such a pleasant surprise. The breakfast every morning was delicious and they served different dishes everyday. Even the lunch and dinner menus are good, with fair pricing. Our 5 day stay at The Mirage was excellent!

The hotel is going through renovation but the room was very clean and good size and very bright. Breakfast was also good and adequate. Overall a good hotel... value for money

Great and handy stay near the airport
Big room, comfy bed, decent selection on the TV and wifi was good (was on business, so all the attributes I wouldn't normally review!) and it had a bath, which seems an increasingly rare find in a hotel. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly and helpful - able to organise transportation to the airport and very proactive in returning my forgotten passport after checking in!

The room is really big and good condition. The location is great & near to the Airport. The breakfast is normal.
