Very nice hotel

Nice hotel close to beach good facilities But sometimes hotel staff disturb without any reason . Overall good hotel .

Really performin below d brand value of ramada...

Well to strt wid it took 1hr 30 min b4 v cud get our keys to d room inspite of makin bukin nd paying for d room a day beofrehand...thn d staff was vry unhelpful as of cannot do nature...really felt embrassed wid family to choose ramada whereas d brand is quite a good one...rooms were vr6 badly managed nd bathroom beelow average.i wud not recomend ever to revisit anyone ramada if thy kkeep on performin like this....I personally will nvr visit ramada for sure...

Not ramada standards

I booked a queen bed suite and the concierge put me in a full bed deluxe room instead (step below). This was after an attempt to put me in a room with two double beds, when I went to the front to correct mistake they put me in a King size suite but the bathtub had a brown stain in it, and the pillows had yellow stains. Also the room was just more floor space and a bigger bed, it wasn't up to what I've seen of suites in Comfort Inn or Best Westerns in US. The bell hop was very kind at least. Oh I forgot also at check-in the concierge tried to take a deposit from me incase I encur "extra" charges...this was a scam suites are supposed to be free wifi and the gym and hottub area were complementary.

Fantastic service courteous staff

Great place to stay, would definitely suggest people who are looking for a place to stay in juhu. Restaurants in the hotel are over priced. Overall a good experience.

lobby is the best part

This hotel is average and not what I would expect from a 4 star. The lobby and location was the best part of the hotel, unfortunately that's where it stopped. I booked this as I needed a hotel for 1 night before my flight home and had some work in the area, so for the price it is ok

Nice hotel close to the famous Juhu Chowpaty beach

Pros: Location and quality of room
Cons: Yes, surprised that they charged for the children's breakfast and lacked Airport pickup/drop. The Reception desk not very responsive
Location: Adjacent to Juhu Chowpaty beach and all the famous Chat eateries on the beach. Hotel close to the residence of famous Bollywood personalities.
Very nice hotel, helpful staff, clean and a sumptuous breakfast with a choice of Indian and Continental dishes. Nice pool facing the beach. Reception desk staff could have been more responsive to queries

Could do with a bit of mordernising

Overall all the staff were really nice. Just checking in on the night we arrived first impression was not nice. The staff were miserable and not very helpful. They need to smile even if it was 2am. Overall it was ok not 4 star.

Average hotel, not coming back

Very average hotel. Wifi is pathetic. Even after paying, the wifi sucks . I am just not sure how these people can run a hotel on such lousy wifi connectivity ..! Lastly, the doorman, and the concierge all have tie ups with taxi people outside the hotel and they all try to rip off the guest ( rather than helping the guest find the right price taxi) . Not acceptable..!

The hotel staff were amazing !! All duty managers except 1 were very accommodating especially Sonali.. I had a medical issue and requested for late checkout on 2 occasions which was accommodated. The only drawback are the rooms which looked very outdated and no complimentary transfers!! The hotel transfers cost Rs800 whereas blue cabs would cost Rs400 max ..
