Good Hotel Near Powai

Pros: Room, staff
Cons: The door to bath area could have had better lining, so that water does not go out while using overhead shower.
Location: Powai business district.
I had a good overall experience at the hotel. Room was clean, and staff was both nice and helpful. The access to hotel from a narrow road, but not much of a problem. Will stay there again whenever I visit Powai next.

Nice hotel

This was my second stay in this hotel & like my previous stay, I enjoyed my stay this time too. The roof top bar SKYY was just awsome. the food too was very nice.

Poor service, poor condition of Hotel

Pros: they chk the security and some of the boy who carry baggage was very good name Rakesh.....
Cons: renovation of hotel and training of staff as per Ramada and International standard
Location: Its is near by very POOR village so you can not walk It is very scary !!!
No service in F and B, you have ask four times for water even in breakfast, they give hardly one hand towel for three people even though you asked for three times in two days stays, No customer service at all !!!! No international standard at all ! need lot of improvement in hotel condition as well as hotel staff training ! very disappointed !!!

Overall despite the staff in the reception who were very unattentive it was ok. On day one someone who I believe was a duty manager was giving us a problem while checking in, where he was demanding our hard copy of passports for audit purpose. I don't understand why a customer should know that... furthermore he then wanted a confirmation from us that we have free breakfast as he didn't see that in the booking. So after we showed him an email from hotels.com he asked me to email him this. Now this was very silly as we didn't have internet and he wasn't giving us access to hotel's wifi as it was chargeable 600 rs plus taxes. After we checked in we then found out that we get 1h free wifi which we couldn't get earlier as they have ran out of wifi vouchers. Now the restaurant... paid very much for something called panini which we waited for 45 minutes and was nowhere looking nor tasting like a panini. Basically hard crust brown bread with little cheese and vegetables which wasn't even roasted. The continental part of breakfast was also not good. Only the local cuisine was nice. Waiters were very slow and disorganised. So if I was to improve something I would say that the hotel being part of Ramada group has very high standards. To me hotel could be managed more effectively. Staff need up skilling as they are good people no doubt. They need to be more organised and set good examples. Hope they pass the Audit.

Location: Easy access to many restaurants and activities in Powai
Staff need to be trained much better. I checked in at 5:00am after 23 hrs in airplanes and airports. The front desk woke me up 9:30am with a phone call asking when I planned to check out!! Later, I called in with a question about internet. The receptionist said he will call back in a few minutes but never got back to me. Finally, the breakfast spread is OK but not nearly as good as other hotels of the same price range in the neighborhood.
