Paid close to 400 rupees for a breakfast buffet and they don’t even have a restaurant. They propose to serve breakfast in the room. On the first floor the music of the bar next door is resonating in your chest. I was on the 6th(top) floor and in my room I measured a constant noise of 64 db. Could not sleep. The property has not given back money for the breakfast I did not have. I had to call Expedia and they did not follow up. As I paid with int. Credit card reimbursement will involve a lot of banking cost. They stole 400 rupees and my night rest. Stay away from this place.

Good stay, except improper invoice for corporates
Stay was good and the location is also good. Though the hotel invoice system is not suitable for corporate guests as the hotel has a wrong understanding of the same. The hotel mentioned expedia as my company in place of my company name!!! That too when I had given all requirements before booking, in the special requests option.

Great location
We booked this hotel for its location for shopping. There was a lot of renovation work going on and we were aware of it. On our first night we saw a a few insects in our room. The manager quickly organised for us to have our room changed and upgraded us. On a positive note, we ate at the hotels restaurant every night and I can say food was excellent.

Worst hotel ever stayed
I was totally disappointed with the hotel. Not a single thing was good, forget about any appreciative quality. They were not changing towel till you ask them and that also not of good quality. Bathroom was cramped. You asked something and they will give you other things. The price they were charging was at least five times more than what other hotel of the same range was charging in that area. It was my worst hotel stay till date.

The rooms were nothing like the ones shown in the pictures, rooms r very congested and bathtoom was terrible!! I booked for 2 nights but checked out d next day itself and checked myself into Executive Enclave, which is faar better than this hotel. The food, ambience and everything was very good comparatively.

I had booked the hotel for my family. They were checked in early without any problems. Their rooms were clean. They were very satisfied with the services. They even said that next time if thye want to stay in Mumbai they will choose Ramee.

The front office during check-in did not return my Driving Licence collected for verification and copy. We had to request a friend to travel to collect the same and courier. God bless those who trust them with their passports. The rooms were leaking and needed to be changed. The Breakfast was horrible. We had to fetch our own ingredients for coffee and tea. The hotel does not have a name board visible from the street.

it is very old hotel and the furniture, A/c, bathroom fittings every thing is not working properly.the room they first given to me was very bad and on my request they have changed the room but that room was also not up to mark. The hotel was OK. However, since they offered a free shuttle to/from Mumbai International airport, and my arrival was close to midnight, I requested pickup at the airport, first by email, and when I didn't receive a reply, by phone from the US. When I arrived, there was no car, and when I called to ask them about it, all they had to say was "sorry, madam". I then endured a mad drive through nighttime Mumbai with a taxi driver who had no idea where the hotel was, but refused to admit it, stopping at random locations to point at any building with Western writing on it, saying "your hotel, madam!". Even though the hotel is supposedly only three miles from the airport, it took an hour to find it, by which time I was in a fairly sour mood. So if you want to stay at this place, you might arrange some alternative form of transportation, particularly if you are a woman and don't enjoy being driven all over an unknown city in the middle of the night.
