“very pleasant hotel”
very good hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming, food was good and hotel room was perfect. would recommend to parents with small children.
“Very Impressive!”
Fantastic hotel, with excellent service. We were especially impressed with the efficiency of the transport (FOC) arranged by the hotel to and from the airport. The staff were very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. We felt very spoilt and it is a great hotel if you want to treat yourself to something a bit special and although not in the centre of Mumbai was very convenient for both International and domestic airports.
“Renaissance Retreat”
Room - I stayed in a DLX room that was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Great room amenities - large TV with lots of international channels, heaps of pillows, desk with stationary box, fresh fruit, rain shower AND bath, window connecting bathroom and sleeping area so you can watch TV from the tub, a great selection of shampoo, lotion, bath salt and other complimentary toiletries. You should definitely spend the extra money and book a "lake-view" room as the night skyline of Powai is gorgeous and "hill-view" rooms overlooks the slums. Service - Incredibly polite and helpful staff, they even recognized me after just a day offering special service whenever possible. Whether at breakfast, at the pool-side or when calling for the concierge, everyone was just wonderful. Extra Tip: The room-service is amazing. They will take a rolling table into your room and serve all their in-house restaurant food right at the foot of your bed! Hotel Amenities: This hotel has it all. Spa, Beauty Salon, Gym overlooking the lake, big outdoor Pool with Bar, lots of Restaurants (Chinese/ Italian/ Indian/ and more), popular night-Lounge, Convention Center and even a Limousine Service! Everything is very nicely maintained and operated. The Spa offers a lot of nice treatments but could use some rules regarding "quiet surroundings".
“Ideal location depending on purpose of visit”
Convenient location for the travellers who don't need to go to Mumbai's city centre; Easy access to the international airport. Nice outdoor swimmingpool and fitness facilities Largest conference facilities in the country (as far as I know) 1 new wing (I didn't stay there) but try to request a room there!
