“Good location but needs reconditioning”
good location but the hotel is not great. The rooms are a bit dingy, but good hotel do not abund in the area.
“Will certainly go back if I go to Mumbai again”
I was very happy with this hotel. The staff was great. The location for me couldn't have been better. The room service was good. The hotel was very good value for the money. The only negatives were a "touchy" TV (could have been the monsoon storms) and a piece of furniture that appeared to be half repaired, but these were really minor to me.
“OK 3 Star”
Excellent location. Hotel is good enough. When I checked in there were no towels in the room, but they brought them right up. Room was clean and bed linens were clean. No complaints.
“very good but shower was a bit annoying.”
excellent hotel, good food, good service, great location, nice big room with even cute pillows. Only thing was that shower did not have a shower curtain and thus the entire bathroom got wet when taking a shower. Free internet with computer downstairs was great and restaurant was very nice.
“Great little place to stay”
The hotel was beautifully decorated and the hotel management was excellent., very friendly and helpful in every way. The noise from the street bothered us at the beginning but we were gone most of the day, so it didn't matter much. The food was banal.
“Budget Hotel with nothing special”
It was my first night in India in this hotel and I thought it was not a good idea to stay in a 3 star hotel in Mumbai. But after I see my hotel in New Delhi, I understood that Hotel Residency in Mumbai is a good choice for low cost accommodation in this country.
“I would gladly return”
An appealingly straightforward, clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Friendly staff. I would gladly return.
