“Will certainly go back if I go to Mumbai again”

I was very happy with this hotel. The staff was great. The location for me couldn't have been better. The room service was good. The hotel was very good value for the money. The only negatives were a "touchy" TV (could have been the monsoon storms) and a piece of furniture that appeared to be half repaired, but these were really minor to me.

“Pretty Decent”

This hotel was in a lively area of town, had small but comfortable rooms and was excellent value for money. It was easy to wander down to the esplanade, throught the street markets and see lots of interesting historical buildings. I stayed only for 1 day but really enjoyed it.

“Good value”

I liked the hotel. Breakfast is very basic, but will get you out the door with a full belly, which is always good in a new city. It's a bit of a walk to Colaba, but I actually liked that as it makes it easier to explore places like the Victoria Terminal which you can easily reach on foot. Clean; friendly staff.

Stayed here for 3 days in July. The hotel was affordable, clean, and well located. Would definitely stay here again upon return to Mumbai!

“very good but shower was a bit annoying.”

excellent hotel, good food, good service, great location, nice big room with even cute pillows. Only thing was that shower did not have a shower curtain and thus the entire bathroom got wet when taking a shower. Free internet with computer downstairs was great and restaurant was very nice.

Excellent location. Hotel is good enough. When I checked in there were no towels in the room, but they brought them right up. Room was clean and bed linens were clean. No complaints.

“Great value-priced hotel in downtown Mumbai”

The location of the hotel is great - close to most all downtown Mumbai sights and business center. The room prices are definitely the reason to stay here - for business or tourism. There doesn't seem to be a restaurant at the hotel (other than a good breakfast) but good choice within walking distance. The rooms are clean but the bathroom fixtures show their age. The staff is very polite and very helpful. Overall, if you are used to Holiday Inn Express kind of stay then this hotel is perfect. Otherwise, there are five star hotels nearby with the room rates running at about 3X

good location but the hotel is not great. The rooms are a bit dingy, but good hotel do not abund in the area.
