A little expensive for what you getPosted Jan 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was booked on a discount rate so I got a 10x16 room with a 5x5 bathroom. It was clean but I'm sure the smallest room in the whole joint. Breakfast was good. Bread fruit milk indian breakfast foods and instant coffee and brewed tea which was adequate. I went to the lawrence hotel after my pre booked $75cdn/ night stay at the palace was over and met the very nice Michael that owns it and have enjoyed my stay here for the last 4 nights

Nice hotel close to colaba facilities.Posted Dec 29, 2013
Very nice location, close to colaba facilities. But is overpriced, for sure is not 3 star place. Rooftop bar with a perfect view on the bay. Perfect for a short stay in Mumbai, you've got everything in a walking distance.

. Very tired everything.Posted Dec 26, 2013
Started with weekend special room which was threadbare, curtains lacking and awakened by early a.m. rookerie. Front rooms an improvement but still small value for the cost. Good location for India Gate and museum.

A good place to stay in ColabaPosted May 2, 2013
Pros: Staff & rooftop bar
Cons: The lift
Location: Very good and away from the hassle & bustle
This hotel was a pleasent surprise. Very well situated, friendly staff who went out of their way to help us and the rooftop bar/resteraunt was magical after sunset. Our room on the 4th floor was comfortable with much needed AC. Remember to explore both left and right along the waterfront as you walk out the door for some interesting sites.

Sea Palace HotelPosted Mar 14, 2013
Pros: drinks on the roof.
Cons: view from the window!
Location: next to Taj Mahal.
fabulous position and a drink on the roof terrace a very enjoyable time with marvellous views . Garden room v small and a bit of a misnomer - 3 geranium pots visable. Served our purpose for a stopover.

Location great hotel a bit tired!Posted Jan 10, 2013
Pros: Location and food
Cons: Disappointef with view and the room needed some repair
Location: Close to all the sights and on the seafront
We booked a deluxe sea facing room, it was clean and roomy but definetly not deluxe . We had only a small window and and the tiles on the floor were cracked and broken. We went for breakfast late the first morning and there wasn't much voice but next morning we were up early and had a better choice. We had an evening meal at the hotel and that was excellent. They have a roof top bar with great views but the second night we were woken up after midnight by a lot of people leaving the bar. It is open to public. Not sure if we would use it again but it was in a great location near the gateway of India.
