Historic building, sumptuous appointments, splendid service at the heart of Mumbai. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. We got there on the one year anniversary of the bombing, and how they have come back is an inspiration.

Overall my experience was great. thehotel was extremely beautiful, the staff went out of there way to make sure my stay was smooth and unforgetable. the beds were so comfy, the bathrooms were clean and elegant. I would definatly want to go back.

Timeless elegance. The plumbing could use some work, though it might just have been my room. Really an oasis in the middle of busy Bombay.
