The room acoustic properties were so bad we kept hearing people the entire night and couldn’t sleep properly, I’ve stayed at trident before and at Sofitel across the street but never faced such an issue. You are supposed to get a good night of sleep staying at such a property not a sleepless night due to voices and commotion outside the room

It’s a safe place for a solo woman traveller. I travelled solo to Mumbai for 3 days in January 2024. The staff was very cordial and helpful throughout my stay. Would come back again here.

One of best places to stay in Mumbai
One of the best hotels in Mumbai. Book a club room to get complimentary airport drops and drops in BKC. Service is great, facilities superb.

wonderful stay
Wonderful 2 day stay at this hotel. The front desk staff go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. The restaurant staff were easily able to accommodate members of my family who have dietary restrictions. Very pleasant experience.
