“we will book again for next stay”

very friendly staff the room was very clean and comfortable the continental breakfast was above and beyond as was the lady helping with it as was the desk clerk we need more people like this in this world

“Lacking Customer Service”

Had chosen due to reputation and location due to travel schedule. Signed up for late night arrival. Hotel was overbooked and gave us a room different from what we reserved and paid for in advance. Reserved a room with 2 queen sized beds and were given a king sized room upon check in. I was told that was the only room available and No notification was given to me to indicate the room I reserved was not available. I was told no other rooms were available, so take it or leave it. Further more the bathroom was dirty. I will not stay here again. They need to learn how to notify their customers if room reservations are not available.
