Not impressed. Upon arrival and check in we go into the room and notice a big bed bug inside the bathroom tub. We had no time to go to the front desk as we were running late to an appointment. When we got back that night, we talked to the man at the front desk about what we saw. Showed him pictures. Anyone with any customer service experience or training would have been apologetic, embarrassed and made it right. Instead the front desk guy got defensive and questioned why we hadn’t told him sooner and that because he was alone, there’s nothing he can do now. Thankfully I insisted, as bed bugs are no joke and there was no way we would stay the night in that room. He continued, saying how some people plant bed bugs in rooms to try and get free stuff. The nerve of this guy to insinuate that and not address the fact that there was a bed bug in the room. Unbelievable! He finally, and reluctantly gave us another room but not before complaining about how he’s going to have to explain this to his manager on why we got a different room. Abhorrent behavior. The next morning, I picked up on some of his german and he was definitely talking bad about us to his co-worker. This guy is a liability to the company. Who ever reads this review, you can look up who this guy was and address his behavior if you want. I didn’t catch his name.
