Amazing service
Everything was amazing, they took us in made us feel at home. The gentleman running the front desk was amazing he made sure we had everything we needed. We had been stuck in the airport for 3 days! He was awesome made us feel safe.

I’m unsure how this is advertised as a four star hotel because the rooms are foul. The carpeting is gross, the blinds were breaking off, and it’s overall just a very weird hotel. I should have known it was going to be gross when the concierge said “did your flight get canceled or did you choose to stay here?” As soon as we walked in.

Parking available free on the street, but you must pay for hotel parking. There are not any laundry facility as advertised. The room was so hot - there were not any fans.

This hotel does not have air conditioning. It was so hot in the room. We opened the windows because outside temperature was cooler but this hotel does not have a net over their windows so mosquitoes fly right into the room. They did provide a fan in the room which only fans hot air around. We could not sleep that night.

It was not bad at all for a night before our early morning flight out of MUC. Our room has no A/C, but was a little warm until we opened the windows. The staff is very helpful, pleasant to work with, and very accommodating.

Hotel is in a kind of residential area. You pretty much need a car to get to the city center or train station. Rooms do not have AC and we heard some people having real problems with their room temperature. Luckily, ours was ok. Charges for parking are reasonable at 8 EUR per day. It sounded they had special deals for people flying out of Munich who are looking to also park their car. Shuttle to airport is available and staff was very nice

Shower absolutely miniscule, even by European standard and even though we were two women 4"11/128 lbs and 5"2/108lbs. Also you had to step up really high to get in to the point where it is dangerous, even if you are young and able-bodied. Security chain on door was broken, looked as if it had been pulled out of the wall. I put a suitcase in front of the door just in case, even though the other customers and neighborhood seemed fine. Room was on second floor with a slanted roof that started about 3 feet from one of the beds. I refused to sleep there even though I am short because I was afraid I would sit up in the middle of the night and bang my head, plus it was very claustrophobic. We had two liquid soap vials (one in shower and one at sink) and both were totally empty. Room was clean but carpet was permanently stained. I have a feeling the cleanliness was more about German standards and that this hotel, if located in the U.S., would have been dirty since the property is not well-maintained. I liked the fact that the bar was open until 1:00am, even though I did not use it. This hotel seemed scary until I saw that the bar patrons looked normal and fine.

Comfortable enough very small single room, but this is NOT an airport hotel. It is a 25-minute drive away and the hotel charges an outrageous E34 each way for a basic shuttle service.

Very small and no air conditioning. We couldn’t open the door to the patio because it opened up to field. Shower was so small we couldn’t move. It was ok as we didn’t stay there long. This might be topic German culture but for Americans it was uncomfortable.

Location was close to the spa and train. Stores around was convenient. Rooms cleaned everyday. Hotel - I asked for towels and they wanted $10 euro deposit. - I asked for two wine glasses and the lady at the bar wasn’t going to give it and again ten euro deposit for each glass. She had a sloppy attitude towards this. She was busy at the bar. - no face cloths just very simple room. Staff got much better as week went on, and much better feeling. Some staff was friendly from start. - we grabbed the towels from the gym which worked out for us. 5 or 6 nights of sleeping and no sheets were changed so I stripped the bed so they get the message to please change our bed sheets. Whoever this person was that changed the sheets was a great person because they always continued to showed a great attitude Room always was cleaned everyday except the sheets I expected to have done after the forth day, I totally understood later about the towels because of the spa next door but not the wine glasses. It was perfect to see a handwritten birthday card on my bed that night. I was nervous about what of was being charged to my room bill. It was totally all good at the end.

Great for a quick stay
My stay here was just for one night between flights and for that it was fine as all I needed was a place to sleep. I would not choose to stay here for a longer time however and I considered the cost of the shuttle to the airport a little expensive for an airport hotel.

OK but expensive ride from/to airport
Free parking was on street. Garage was 8€. Room was clean and good size for Europe. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Quite a distance from airport. Shuttle was over 30€. Restaurant had only a limited buffet service for around 25€ per. Extremely friendly staff at restaurant. Local area didn't seem to have other dining options nearby. OK for our quick overnight before flight but almost half hour to airport
