“Great location, service”

Great staff, located close to the train station and within walking distance to most city attractions. The only downside was no a/c.

“Great Choice”

Hands down, the best breakfast we experienced during a three week trip trough Europe. Nice, clean hotel, convenient to train station, but a bit of a walk to Munich sights.

The Best Western Hotel Cristal is the perfect location when attending Oktoberfest. It is walking distance to the fairgrounds and is a clean hotel

“Great hotel in Munich”

Gave Comfort of the Room only 4 because we had a room on the street and it was quite noisy most of the night...a Saturday night. Otherwise the hotel is great; this is our second time there. The first time we had a quieter room. Great location just a block and a half from the train station and U-bahn, S-bahn, and trains to anywhere you want to go.

“Great Hotel for couples and business travelers”

This is a very nice hotel. It's near the Bahnhof, S and U-bahns and Marienplatz.The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The resturant is upscale and prices reflect this but the meals we had were delicious and servers were friendly , professional and spoke English.

“Nice and comfortable”

It was really comfortable hotel, especially for business stay. Also it is very central. Also the staff of the hotel is pretty polite. I recommend everyone.

“Germany Stay”

Overall the hotel met our needs. It did provide accomodations for 3 adults in one room which was hard to find in Munich. The location was great and the staff was very helpful. The location was on a very busy street therefore it was very noisey. During hot weather it would be uncomfortable as it has neither air conditioing or screens on the windows. This is very common in many European hotels.

“Great place to stay!”

The hotel is within walking distance to the main train station and metro stop, so it's great for travelers without a car. It also has a secure parking area and is easy to reach by car, so it's also great for those driving to Munich. The only complaint we had was that the restaurant is not open for dinner. The front desk clerk suggested the bar snacks, but when we ordered the bartender said the kitchen was closed. The breakfast in the morning was great! We'd definately stay there again!

“It is Nice”

The good thing for this hotel that it is 5 minutes walk to the centeral station and it is in the main area as well. The hotel is really nice and reasnable rate.

I liked this hotel even though it took me 20 min to go to the main places.
