You get what you pay for.
Good for one night, but don't recommend any longer. The kitchen was not equipped with all of the basics, including enough cutlery. The tap sprayed everywhere making a mess every time we used the sink. Despite there being a fold-out table, there was little room to use it as well as no chairs. We asked for a coffee maker and were told there were none and we should pay for the breakfast instead. The entire kitchen space was taken up by a giant microwave. Leaving the window open meant that we either had a great deal of cigarette smoke or a bombardment of perfume. Very little room to "live" in the space. The term apartment is seriously overrated.

It’s a quiet hotel, not quite in a central location but with decent transport options nearby. It’s situated in a green setting with a couple of churches nearby and I enjoyed listening to the church bells in the morning. A grocery store is very near, in general the supermarkets normally are not open on a Sunday and they shut at 8 pm (different for the British) Monday-Saturday. The balcony was spacious with some basic furniture. However, some things could be better. I arrived an hour earlier than my check in time and the older lady at the reception stared at me for longer than I was comfortable with. Then in the room the shower head had very thin holes which let out very thin water jets, and to have a decent amount of water for taking shower I had to increase the water pressure and the water jets hurt my skin. The shower curtain was too short and the shower water overspilt on the floor. The pillows were poor, soft, lumpy and shapeless. Then the cold salad dishes were too small at breakfast and if you put 2-3 tablespoons of the salad on your plate, the salad dish looks nearly empty and that does not look nice towards the other hotel guests, even though the dishes were filled with more salad later. The breakfast was very modest. And finally, I killed 3 cockroaches in my room.

The showers were terrible, the water was leaking from side of the screen to the floor. Fridge was broken, had to change the room to the Noisy room. Not nice experience as a whole and will not stay here in the future.

Excellent location within walking distance to U-Bahn and grocery store across the street. Terrific brew pub with great food just around the corner. Hotel breakfast was very good too.

Very clean and pleasant hotel. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are unmatched. The location of the hotel is good (close and U b S). In-room kitchen will save your budget a lot, there is a grocery store nearby (on holidays and Sundays it does not work)

A good value option in a really handy location
A nice, clean apartment hotel with friendly staff in a good central location. Supermarket about 2 mins walk away, tram stop 3 mins walk away and a couple of pubs / restaurants within minutes walk. Not the most modern decor wise but everything was clean and I have no complaints at all.

Bfast is perfect. They also keep the luggage the last you check out. Very near ubahn and tram which take you marienplatz in 20 minutes.

It was a nice and cosy room. Housekeeping everyday. I was pleasantly surprised by the balcony. The house keeper even tune up the heater when doing up the room so that I came back to a warm and cosy room. So very thoughtful of them! Will definitely come back again. Tram and U tube only a few mins walk.

Spacious with helpful staff.
Nice big room, with a lovely patio, where we spent a lot of time. The staff were really helpful, and even gave us access to the laundry. The breakfast was incredible.

Nice neighborhood to access and tour Munich, with an awesome breakfast buffet. Staff was terrific and helpful - sold us the day passes we needed for the trains and had a map of out to get to Oktoberfest. We tried 3 local (1-2 blocks) restaurants recommended and they were all excellent.

Great hotel in a quiet area. Near is the park, swimming pool, supermarket and although a little too far from the city it is very easy to get to with the train that is also down the road less than 5 min walk. You have to change 2 trains but very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The room I stays in was a little dated. To stay in their refurbished wing, we must pay more. The balcony was a bonus - and I love the birds chirping in the neighbourhood. The bed was so soft, it feels like a hollow pillow- with nothing inside. For the price and the breakfast, if you are out most of the time, it's a worthwhile stay.

I like Central Hotel Apart Munchen.
I am very happy with my stay at Central Hotel Apart Munchen. U-Bahn is very close to the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic. It is very quite area. The only problem is there are not too many English TV channels.

Beyond my expectation Central Hotel Apart Munchen
The location of the hotel is very good. There is close to the metro station. Drugstore, supermarkets, restaurant, food station..near the hotel. Hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable. The wall cover with the red leaves, is so beautiful. The staffs was all helpful, patience, kind, effective, polite. The instruction of connecting wifi, the location and time of having breakfast, the check out time is clear. I like the breakfast in there too, so tasty and the place is clean and with the natural scenery. The gym room is clean too.

We liked the location on a quiet street, close to a subway. Staff was very friendly, breakfast and espresso was great. Our room had a kitchenette and a large balcony overlooking park, it was quiet at night. Shower was very small.

I stayed for a short time and then for a long time. They are still renovating some of the rooms so ask for one that has been renovated. The difference between renovated and unrenovated is the difference between camping and staying in a hotel! The breakfast is terrific and the staff is friendly and courteous. I will stay here again!

Good hotel for overnight stops with families.
We used the hotel as an overnight stop. A clean well set out room, which suited us perfectly. It is not very close to the centre of Munich as the name implies, but the underground connection was very good and within a few hundred meters of the hotel. Wi fi connection was good and the breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food on a buffet style layout.

Quiet neighborhood
If you are looking for a quiet place in a nice area this is it. It is a few stops by the underground from central station but not a long ride. The area has several nearby restaurants and a local shopping district nearby.

Great but make sure you're on NO SMOKING corridor
I booked here not only for ample breakfast, close Ubahn and tram, but chiefly because the structure was advertised as NO SMOKING- hard to find in Germany. The first night I was assigned to rm. 171 on a tiny corridor that smelled like a mix of old and new smoke. I should have not accepted the room, but simply mentioned issue to front desk staff. The next morning I saw all other corridors were clearly marked NO SMOKING, unlike mine. I insisted on changing rooms and was given identical room on bigger, non-smoking corridor. No apology from pm or am staff, rather denial that people might smoke in corridor with no signage. Kitchenette clean and newly equipped. Staff did my few dishes (THANK YOU!) as no soap provided. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and new with powerful heater. Heater in main room was old a very weak even at high setting. The hotel is set up like a college dorm but much nicer. Front desk closes 11pm M-Sat and 9pm Sun, so after those hours you must enter with room key and phone for any help that could be needed.
