We have also made it possible for you to have a free early check-in. We don't have air conditioning, that's the only fact. You won't find air conditioning on our homepage either. Also, they didn't talk to me about their criticism at check out. You were as kind as I was. It is not common in Germany in every hotel to have air conditioning.
